厦港老街区更新设计新途径研究

【摘要】：厦港老街区作为厦门城市历史发展的重要组成部分,至今保留着老街生活场景和环境形态。通过田园调查、空间形态再生、产业转型等方式对街区进行深入探究,提出以解决问题为目标的"嵌入式疗法",采取空间模块的嵌入模式和产业服务嵌入模式,以求用影响最少的干预方式,对街区空间进行更新和再生并满足居民的经济需求,使其能符合区域经济发展定位并实现合理的转型。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the historical development of Xiamen city, the old block of Xiagang Port retains the life scene and environmental form of Old Street. Through rural investigation, spatial form regeneration, industrial transformation and so on, this paper deeply explores the block, and puts forward the "embedded therapy", which aims at solving the problem, and adopts the embedding mode of spatial module and industrial service embedding mode. In order to make use of the least influential intervention mode, renew and regenerate the block space and meet the economic needs of the residents, so that it can meet the orientation of the regional economic development and realize the reasonable transformation.
