围绕服务地方构建项目化合作育人模式——以社会工作与公共事业管理专业为例

【摘要】："服务地方"体现了现代大学对其基本职能的理性回归。这一方面反映了地方本科院校承担高等教育大众化发展任务的客观要求,另一方面是适应高等教育发展转型的内在要求,也是推动区域经济社会加速发展的现实需要。怀化学院社会工作与公共事业管理专业围绕服务地方构建了"项目化合作育人模式",对服务地方与专业建设、人才培养的相关性进行了积极的实践。在此基础上,对"项目化合作育人模式"的进一步完善和高校实施的服务地方的职能进行了深入反思。
[Abstract]:Service place "embodies the rational return of modern university to its basic function." On the one hand, this reflects the objective requirements of local colleges and universities in undertaking the task of mass development of higher education, on the other hand, it is the internal requirement to adapt to the transformation of the development of higher education, and it is also the realistic need to promote the accelerated development of regional economy and society. The specialty of social work and public enterprise management in Huaihua University has constructed the "project cooperation education mode" around the service place, which has carried on the positive practice to the service place and the specialty construction, the talented person training correlation. On this basis, the further improvement of the mode of "project cooperation and education" and the function of serving places implemented by colleges and universities are deeply reconsidered.
