县域交通优势度与经济发展水平空间耦合——基于辽宁省44个农业县的定量分析

【摘要】:以辽宁省44个农业县单元为研究对象,从交通网络密度、区域交通可达性和区位优势度三个方面构建区域交通优势度评价指标体系,并在综合利用熵权TOPSIS法测度辽宁省44个农业县经济发展水平的基础上,对其各农业县交通优势度与经济发展水平耦合度、协调度进行分析。结果表明:(1)辽宁省各农业县经济发展水平差异明显,经济发展水平较高地区主要集中在辽宁省沿海经济带和沈阳经济区附近。(2)辽宁省农业县交通优势度整体差异较大,西北部和东部县域交通优势度水平较低,水平较高区域主要集中分布于辽宁省沿海经济带、沈阳经济区和京哈、哈大客运专线沿线地区。(3)辽宁省农业县经济发展水平与交通优势度水平耦合度较高,且交通优势度水平越高的地区县域经济越发达,表明交通优势对区域经济具有较强的带动与促进作用,但各农业县经济发展水平与交通优势度协调度较低,说明交通促进区域经济发展的重大优势仍未得到充分发挥。
[Abstract]:Taking 44 agricultural county units in Liaoning Province as the research object, the evaluation index system of regional traffic dominance is constructed from three aspects: traffic network density, regional traffic accessibility and location advantage. On the basis of synthetically using entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the economic development level of 44 agricultural counties in Liaoning Province, the paper analyzes the coupling degree and coordination degree between the traffic dominance degree and economic development level of each agricultural county. The results showed that the economic development level of each agricultural county in Liaoning Province was obviously different, and the higher level of economic development was mainly located in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province and near the economic zone of Shenyang) there was a great difference in the degree of traffic dominance in the agricultural counties of Liaoning Province as a whole. The level of traffic dominance in the northwest and eastern counties is relatively low, and the areas with higher levels are mainly distributed in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Economic Zone and Beijing and Kazakhstan. The economic development level of agricultural counties in Liaoning Province is highly coupled with the level of traffic dominance, and the area with higher level of traffic dominance is more developed. It shows that the traffic advantage has a strong driving and promoting effect on the regional economy, but the coordination degree between the economic development level and the traffic dominance degree of each agricultural county is low, which indicates that the major advantage of the traffic promoting the regional economic development has not been given full play to.
