益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源开发研究

【摘要】:2001年国家教育部颁布了《体育与健康》课程标准,明确提出积极开发与利用民族、民间传统体育项目资源,促进学校体育教学改革。本题就益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源开发现状进行调查研究。 主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法,对益阳辖区(四区三县一市)随机抽样的106名小学教师和1187名学生进行民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的调查研究。结果表明:(1)益阳市76.84%的小学都不同程度地对民族传统体育课程资源进行开发与利用,整体形势比较乐观。(2)16所学校中有9所学校进行了不同程度的民族传统体育项目程资源开发与利用,,在开发与利用的学校中31.25%的学校有配套的教材;(3)益阳市小学开发的民族传统体育项目主要是武术,占调查72.3%的学校;后依次为拔腰、舞龙、舞狮、高脚马等项目。(4)益阳市各区经济发展不均衡,专项体育经费投入不等,以至于益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源场地、器材较缺乏。(5)益阳市小学民族传统体育课程自然地理资源开发与利用率较高,主要是对台阶、山坡、草坪的利用率较高,均达到60%以上。(6)益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的信息资源以网络信息为主;体育教师民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的再继续教育工作相对滞后。(7)益阳市小学主管领导及体育教师对民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的重视程度不够,46.7%受调查主管校长及相关人员从不关注民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用。影响益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的主要因素是(1)体育教师对民族传统体育课程资源开发创新意识欠缺;(2)领导及体育教师民族传统体育课程资源开发重视程度不够;(3)益阳市小学民族传统体育课程资源的宣传与发动力度不够(4)区域经济发展不平衡,导致益阳市小学民族传统体育场地器材设施欠缺。(5)无完整系统的教材致使民族传统体育课程资源开发指向性不明确。建议:(1)建立民族传统体育课程资源开发与利用的评价体系(2)加强在职体育教师民族传统体育课程资源再继续教育工作力度(3)加强高校体育专业学生民族传统体育课程资源开发的意识教育;(4)凝聚人力资源合力壮大民族传统体育课程资源开发师资队伍;(5)鼓励多元化开发和科学合理规划利用自然资源;(6)提倡各学校体育教师实施“流动”教学计划;(7)学校组织相关人员编制民族传统体育特色课程教材;(8)优化整合民族传统体育课程网络信息资源。
[Abstract]:In 2001, the State Ministry of Education promulgated the curriculum standard of "sports and Health >", and clearly proposed the active development and use of ethnic groups, folk traditional sports resources and the promotion of the reform of school physical education. This paper investigates the present situation of the development of traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools.
By means of literature, interview, interview, field investigation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, 106 primary school teachers and 1187 students in Yiyang district (four districts, three counties and one city) were investigated for the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. The results showed that: (1) 76.84% of primary schools in Yiyang City The overall situation is optimistic. (2) there are 9 schools in 16 schools to develop and utilize traditional sports resources in different degrees, and 31.25% schools in the development and utilization schools have matching materials; (3) the ethnic group developed in Yiyang city primary school. The traditional sports are mainly martial arts, accounting for 72.3% of the schools; after that, it is in turn to pull out the waist, dragon dance, lion dance, high foot horse and other projects. (4) the economic development of Yiyang districts is unbalanced and the special sports funds are unequal, so that the traditional sports curriculum resources of Yiyang primary schools are scarce. (5) the traditional physical education course of Yiyang primary schools. The development and utilization ratio of natural geography resources is high, which is mainly high utilization rate of steps, hillsides and turf. (6) the information resources of the development and utilization of traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools are based on network information, and the development and utilization of traditional sports curriculum resources for Physical Education teachers are further continued education. Relative lag. (7) Yiyang primary school leaders and physical education teachers have not paid enough attention to the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. 46.7% the principal and relevant personnel of the investigation supervisor never pay attention to the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources. The main factors affecting the development and utilization of the traditional sports curriculum resources in primary schools in Yiyang City The factors are (1) the lack of awareness of the development and innovation of traditional sports curriculum resources for national sports teachers; (2) lack of attention to the development of national traditional sports curriculum resources for leadership and physical education teachers; (3) the propaganda and launching of the traditional sports curriculum resources in Yiyang primary schools are not enough (4) the imbalance of regional economic development, leading to the primary school in Yiyang The national traditional sports venues and equipment lack. (5) the lack of complete system of teaching materials cause the national traditional sports curriculum resources development direction is not clear. (1) to establish the evaluation system of the development and utilization of national traditional sports curriculum resources (2) to strengthen the continuing education of the traditional sports curriculum resources of the in-service sports teachers (3) The awareness education of the development of national traditional sports curriculum resources for physical education students in strong colleges and universities; (4) cohesion of human resources to strengthen national traditional sports curriculum resources to develop teachers; (5) encourage diversified development and scientific and rational planning of the use of natural resources; (6) advocating the implementation of "mobile" teaching program for school physical education teachers; (7) The school organizes the relevant personnel to compile the national traditional sports characteristic curriculum teaching material; (8) optimizes and integrates the national traditional sports curriculum network information resources.
