【摘要】：多年来,西安坚持把开发区带动作为重大发展战略,助推全市经济社会发展迈上快车道。随着西安发展进入建设国际化大都市的新阶段,对开发区发展提出了新的更高要求。如何适应新形势新任务,进一步加快开发区发展,已成为摆在我们面前的一项重要而紧迫的任务。
[Abstract]:Over the years, Xi'an insists on driving the development zone as a major development strategy, pushing the city's economic and social development onto the fast track. With the development of Xi'an entering a new stage of building an international metropolis, new and higher requirements have been put forward for the development of the development zone. How to adapt to the new situation and the new task and further accelerate the development of the development zone has become an important and urgent task in front of us.
