鄂尔多斯市经济技术开发区承接产业转移机制研究

【摘要】：内蒙古承接东部沿海地区产业转移刚刚起步,尚未形成相对成熟的产业转移模式和典型经验,在区域产业转移的理论和实践研究上尚处于空白。针对鄂尔多斯市承接产业转移和区域合作的实践探索,汲取国内其他先进地区产业转移经验,总结鄂尔多斯市承接产业转移的优劣势,提炼相对成熟的产业转移模式和特点,将有效弥补少数民族特色地区和西部落后地区推进区域产业协调发展的不足。本文拟以鄂尔多斯江苏工业园区为例,探索从“从哪里转”到“转什么”、“怎样转”,为鄂尔多斯地区经济发展和内蒙古区域经济战略的完善提出具有参考价值的针对性意见和建议,摸索一条以承接产业转移开发区建设带动区域经济发展的新路子。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia has just started to undertake the industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas and has not yet formed a relatively mature industrial transfer model and typical experience. The theoretical and practical research on regional industrial transfer is still blank. Aiming at the practice and exploration of industrial transfer and regional cooperation in Ordos city, drawing on the experience of industrial transfer in other advanced regions in China, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of industrial transfer in Ordos city, and refines the relatively mature mode and characteristics of industrial transfer. It will effectively make up for the deficiency of promoting the coordinated development of regional industries in minority characteristic areas and western backward areas. Taking the Jiangsu Industrial Park of Ordos as an example, this paper explores from "where to turn" to "what to turn", "how to turn", For the economic development of Ordos region and the perfection of regional economic strategy of Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions with reference value, and explores a new way to carry on the construction of industrial transfer development zone to promote regional economic development.
