辛庄镇产业结构优化调整战略研究

【摘要】：经济增长是发展区域经济的重要目标，而调整产业结构是经济增长不可缺少的重要部分。调整产业结构，，使其符合当前社会发展需求，是促进经济发展的重要因素。辛庄镇地处天津市发展战略“双城双港”拓展的中间地带，占据着重要的区位优势，其产业结构对该地区甚至是整个区域的经济发展具有重大而深远大影响。辛庄镇经济结构的主体是产业结构，要想发展经济就必须对产业结构进行调整。辛庄镇产业结构存在的问题是主要以第二产业为主，但产业结构粗放，产生的效益相对较低，第三产业发展相对滞后。目前面对新的形势和挑战，认真剖析我镇的产业结构，优化调整产业战略，把握机遇，扬长避短，加快发展服务业，完善服务体系，对我镇的经济发展具有重大的意义。本文认为应按照国家产业政策和总体布局，注重经济的竞争力，以市场为导向，形成产业支撑点。以辛庄镇重大机遇以及内部环境为依据，以地区战略管理相关理论为基础，随着示范镇的建设，结合目前的发展形势，以理论和实践相结合，采取swot方法对辛庄镇产业结构调整进行系统的分析研究，提出了辛庄镇产业结构调整的规划和措施。辛庄镇产业结构优化调整可以概括为“强二兴三”，既要打造具有带动作用的第二产业，引进科技型中小企业的发展，同时利用机遇大力发展第三产业。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is an important target for the development of regional economy, and the adjustment of industrial structure is an indispensable part of economic growth. Adjusting the industrial structure to meet the needs of the current social development is an important factor to promote economic development. Xinzhuang Town is located in the middle area of the development strategy of Tianjin City "Shuangcheng double port", which occupies an important part. And its industrial structure has a significant and far-reaching impact on the economic development of the region and even the whole region.
The main body of the economic structure of Xinzhuang Town is the industrial structure. In order to develop the economy, the industrial structure must be adjusted. The problems in the industrial structure of Xinzhuang Town are mainly second industries, but the industrial structure is extensive, the benefit is relatively low and the development of the third industry is relatively stagnant. At present, the new situation and challenge are seriously dissect me. The industrial structure of the town, the optimization and adjustment of the industrial strategy, the grasp of the opportunity, the development of the service industry and the improvement of the service system are of great significance to the economic development of our town.
According to the national industrial policy and the overall layout, we should pay attention to the competitiveness of the economy, take the market as the guidance, and form the industrial support point. Based on the important opportunities and the internal environment of Xinzhuang Town, based on the related theories of regional strategic management, with the construction of the demonstration town and the current development situation, the theory and practice are combined. The industrial structure adjustment of Xinzhuang Town is systematically analyzed and studied by SWOT method. The planning and measures of industrial structure adjustment of Xinzhuang Town are put forward. The industrial structure optimization adjustment of Xinzhuang Town can be summarized as "strong two Xing three". It should not only create the second industry with the driving effect, but also introduce the development of scientific and technological small and medium enterprises, and use the opportunity at the same time. We will vigorously develop the third industry.
