市校深度融合促进大庆市经济发展路径探析——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

【摘要】：21世纪作为知识经济时代,科技和人才在发展过程中的战略地位越来越突出。区域经济发展离不开当地先进的科学技术和优秀的人才资源,地方高校作为科技和人才的产地,其在区域经济发展中的作用应该被重视。市校深度融合,能充分利用地方高校科技人才优势服务当地经济发展,但如何做好深度融合,融合后以何种路径发展一直是学者共同探索的问题。笔者以黑龙江八一农垦大学(简称八一农大)为例,通过八一农大与大庆市长期以来的实践探索,发掘市校融合促进当地经济发展的新路径。
[Abstract]:As an era of knowledge economy, the strategic position of science and technology and talents is more and more prominent in the 21st century. The development of regional economy can not be separated from local advanced science and technology and excellent human resources. As the origin of science, technology and talent, local colleges and universities should be attached importance to in the development of regional economy. The deep fusion of city schools can make full use of the advantages of scientific and technological talents in local colleges and universities to serve the local economic development, but how to do a good job of deep integration and what path to develop after integration has been a common problem for scholars to explore. Taking the August 1 Agricultural Reclamation University of Heilongjiang as an example, through the practice of Bayi Agricultural University and Daqing City for a long time, the author explores a new way for the integration of city schools to promote the development of local economy.
