甘肃省区域创新能力差异研究

【摘要】：创新是衡量一个国家和地区综合竞争力的重要指标,是保持国家、地区经济持续发展和竞争优势的关键。提升自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是我国重要的战略任务和长期目标。长远来看,不断提升区域创新能力是区域经济发展的基本选择,也是增强区域竞争力的根本途径。甘肃省地处内陆,经济发展较为落后,地域特征、资源储备不同,各市州区域创新能力差异较大。分析甘肃省区域创新能力的差异,探寻甘肃省区域创新的潜力、优势和方向,构建合理的区域创新体系,是发挥各地区创新资源优势,实现要素驱动向创新带动转变的关键。 本文采用理论研究与实证研究相结合的分析方法,在研究相关理论的基础上,对区域创新能力的内涵、区域创新系统的构成要素等内容进行论述。从创新企业的规模、RD经费投入及创新成果产出三个方面对甘肃省区域创新能力的现状进行分析。从结构层面分析区域创新能力的形成机制,采用主成分分析法,对甘肃省区域创新能力的差异进行实证分析,得出相关结论。最后对全文进行总结并提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Innovation is an important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and a region, and it is the key to maintain the sustained economic development and competitive advantage of a country and a region. It is an important strategic task and long-term goal for our country to improve its independent innovation ability and build an innovative country. In the long run, improving regional innovation ability is the basic choice of regional economic development and the fundamental way to enhance regional competitiveness. Gansu Province is located in the inland, the economic development is relatively backward, the region characteristic, the resources reserve is different, the regional innovation ability of each city and state is quite different. Analyzing the difference of regional innovation ability in Gansu Province, exploring the potential, advantage and direction of regional innovation in Gansu Province, and constructing a reasonable regional innovation system are the keys to bring into play the advantages of regional innovation resources and realize the transformation from factor driven to innovation-driven. Based on the research of relevant theories, this paper discusses the connotation of regional innovation ability and the elements of regional innovation system. This paper analyzes the present situation of regional innovation ability in Gansu province from three aspects: scale of innovation enterprise R D investment and innovation achievement output. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of regional innovation ability from the structure level, and makes an empirical analysis on the difference of regional innovation ability in Gansu Province by principal component analysis, and draws the relevant conclusions. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward relevant suggestions.
