基于影响力传播的区域物流网络结构优化

【摘要】：区域经济的一体化趋势带动了区域物流的发展，使之成为区域经济发展的重要内容。一个高效的区域物流网络对降低物流成本、提高物流效益至关重要，区域物流网络的构建、性能分析和优化设计越来越受到关注。从网络结构和系统要素相互关系的角度来看，区域物流网络是一个复杂系统，因此利用复杂网络理论研究区域物流的结构、演化及优化设计问题，可以更好地探讨区域物流网络结构的内在机理，，具有一定的理论和实践意义。 目前区域物流网络的相关研究还不够成熟，尚未形成统一的理论。作为一门交叉学科，大多数学者都是从各自知识领域出发来研究某个特定的区域物流网络，研究结果往往是片面的。另外，大部分研究者只是将复杂网络理论套用在区域物流网络，简单地用节点和边来描述整个网络，但没有深层次地对区域物流网络系统进行分析。 本文利用复杂网络相关理论，结合区域物流网络结构特征，对区域物流网络进行建模及优化分析。首先介绍了区域物流网络的研究现状和复杂网络理论，分析了区域物流网络的结构特征及其复杂性，讨论了基于复杂网络理论的区域物流网络建模的原则；接着，以江苏省省域区域物流网络为实例，分析区域物流网络的结构特征及关联动力学；然后，构建区域物流网络模型，并基于加权信息对区域物流网络演化模型进行改进，通过仿真验证了改进模型的优越性；最后，基于SIR模型构建区域物流网络的影响力传播模型，分析了不同参数对模型的影响，结合仿真结果，对区域物流网络优化提出相应措施。
[Abstract]:The trend of regional economic integration drives the development of regional logistics and makes it an important part of regional economic development. An efficient regional logistics network is very important to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency. More and more attention has been paid to the construction, performance analysis and optimization design of regional logistics network. From the point of view of the relationship between network structure and system elements, regional logistics network is a complex system. Therefore, the structure, evolution and optimization design of regional logistics are studied by using complex network theory. It can better explore the internal mechanism of regional logistics network structure, and has certain theoretical and practical significance. At present, the relevant research of regional logistics network is not mature enough, has not yet formed a unified theory. As an interdisciplinary subject, most scholars study a particular regional logistics network from their respective fields of knowledge, and the results are often one-sided. In addition, most researchers only apply the complex network theory to the regional logistics network, and simply describe the whole network with nodes and edges, but there is no in-depth analysis of the regional logistics network system. Based on the theory of complex network and the characteristics of regional logistics network structure, this paper models and optimizes the regional logistics network. Firstly, this paper introduces the research status and complex network theory of regional logistics network, analyzes the structural characteristics and complexity of regional logistics network, and discusses the principles of regional logistics network modeling based on complex network theory. Taking Jiangsu Province regional logistics network as an example, this paper analyzes the structural characteristics and the correlation dynamics of the regional logistics network, and then constructs the regional logistics network model, and improves the evolution model of the regional logistics network based on weighted information. The superiority of the improved model is verified by simulation. Finally, the influence propagation model of regional logistics network based on SIR model is constructed, and the influence of different parameters on the model is analyzed. The corresponding measures are put forward to optimize the regional logistics network.
