长春经开区企业孵化器管理公司运营模式研究

【摘要】:企业孵化器作为科技产业化的促进机构和技术创新的高级形式已经在我国经历了二十多年的发展时间,大量的实践证明其在孵化培育科技型中小企业、创造就业、促进科技成果转化、加速产业结构调整、推动地方经济发展、完善创新服务体系等方面的作用是积极和显著的。随着我国特别是东北老工业地区经济和社会的快速发展,企业孵化器成为产业转型升级、科技创新发展的有效形式和必然选择。同时,企业孵化器作为新兴的社会组织形式,其运营方式也不断发生着变化,并逐渐呈现出企业化、网络化、专业化和品牌化的趋势。其中,以孵化器从政府公办的公益性质逐步转向以盈利为目的的企业化经营模式最为理论界和实践所接受,公司制的孵化器因而在近年来得到了快速的发展。但同时,由于区域经济环境、企业管理条件、企业内部人员素质等多方面原因的限制,孵化器这类经济组织在从事业单位体制调整为市场化运营体制的过程中也并非一帆风顺,其中企业经营战略模糊、主要运营模式不清晰、找不到合适的盈利渠道等问题尤为突出。 长春经开区企业孵化器管理公司依托经开区管委会以企业化方式运营,虽取得了一定成效,但仍存在企业发展缓慢、收支不平衡、提供的服务限于表层形式、链接与整合社会资源能力不足、企业发展战略不明晰等问题。本文力图通过运用企业管理相关理论和知识对企业的现状进行分析,并为长春经开区企业孵化器管理公司的融资模式、盈利模式、创新模式以及入孵对象的筛选毕业等主要经营模式进行了选择、设计,希望通过厘清企业经营的模式达到明晰企业经营策略,确定企业盈利方向和目标,进而做到扬长避短,解决企业发展经营瓶颈,实现可持续运营的作用。 本文利用了战略与运营管理的相关理论,采用SWOT分析工具,全面分析了长春经开区企业孵化器有限公司的内外部发展环境,对自身优势和不足做了全面讨论,介绍了外在区域经济环境给企业带来的发展机会及竞争威胁,并通过SWOT分析引出符合企业自身条件的运营模式对其发展的重要性。文章重点探讨了以下几个方面:首先是企业融资模式,针对孵化器管理公司自身的建设背景和条件提出相应融资建议的同时,为在孵对象提出了基于生命周期理论的融资手段;其次对企业的盈利模式进行了讨论,,提出了打造“科技地产综合运营商”的概念,以及将专业技术平台服务收入作为重点盈利渠道的意见;另外还针对企业的技术创新管理体系和入孵企业的筛选和毕业机制进行了梳理和设计。最后对主要运营模式顺利实施的保障措施提出了几点建议。希望通过本文的研究能够为长春经开区企业孵化器管理公司的发展提供有一定的理论依据和实践参考意义。
[Abstract]:As an advanced form of technology industrialization and technological innovation, business incubator has experienced more than 20 years of development in China. A large number of practices have proved that it is incubating and cultivating scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises to create employment. The functions of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure, promoting the development of local economy, and perfecting the innovative service system are positive and remarkable. With the rapid development of economy and society in China, especially in the old industrial area of Northeast China, business incubator has become an effective form and inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of industry and the development of science and technology innovation. At the same time, as a new form of social organization, business incubator's operation mode is constantly changing, and gradually showing the trend of enterprise, network, specialization and brand. Among them, the incubator has gradually changed from the public nature of the government to the enterprise-oriented business model with the aim of profit, and the corporate incubator has been developed rapidly in recent years. But at the same time, due to the limitations of the regional economic environment, the conditions of the enterprise management, the quality of the personnel inside the enterprise, and so on, the economic organizations such as incubator are not smooth in the process of adjusting from the institution system to the market-oriented operation system. Among them, the business strategy is vague, the main operating mode is not clear, and the problem of finding suitable profit channels is particularly prominent. Although the business incubator management company of Changchun Jingkai District operates in an enterprise-like manner relying on the Economic Development and Development District Management Committee, although it has achieved certain results, there still exists a slow development of enterprises, imbalance in income and expenditure, and the services provided are limited to surface forms. Link and integrate social resource ability is insufficient, enterprise development strategy is not clear and so on. This paper tries to analyze the current situation of enterprises by using relevant theories and knowledge of business management, and to provide the financing model and profit model for the business incubator management company in Changchun economic district. The innovation mode and the selection and graduation of hatchery objects are selected and designed, hoping to clarify the enterprise management strategy, determine the profit direction and goal of the enterprise, and then make the best use of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses. Solve the bottleneck of enterprise development and operation, realize the function of sustainable operation. This paper makes use of the theory of strategy and operation management, adopts SWOT analysis tool, analyzes the internal and external development environment of Changchun Jingkai Enterprise Incubator Co., Ltd., and makes a comprehensive discussion on its own advantages and disadvantages. This paper introduces the development opportunities and competitive threats brought by the external regional economic environment, and through the SWOT analysis, points out the importance of the operation mode according to the enterprise's own conditions to its development. This paper focuses on the following aspects: firstly, the enterprise financing mode, according to the construction background and conditions of the incubator management company, puts forward the corresponding financing suggestions, and puts forward the financing means based on the life cycle theory for the hatchery; Secondly, the paper discusses the profit model of the enterprise, puts forward the concept of "comprehensive operator of science and technology real estate", and takes the service income of the professional technology platform as the key profit channel. In addition, the management system of technological innovation and the selection and graduation mechanism of incubated enterprises are also combed and designed. At last, some suggestions are put forward to guarantee the successful implementation of the main operation mode. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of business incubator management company in Changchun economic district.
