河南省粮食生产结构的演变研究

【摘要】：国以民为本，民以食为天，粮食不仅是关乎国计民生和国家经济安全的重要战略物资，同时也是人民群众最基本的生活资料。国家粮食安全关系着一个国家经济的持续发展、政治的稳定以及社会的和谐。国家政府高度重视粮食生产和粮食安全，多次出台惠农政策来稳定粮食生产、保障粮食安全。河南省是全国粮食生产大省，在全国粮食生产中占有重要地位，不仅要保障本省人民对粮食的需求，还要为保障国家的粮食安全做出贡献，粮食生产的任务十分艰巨。鉴于河南省在国家粮食生产中的重要地位，，本文主要通过文献搜集、数据整理、定性分析与定量分析相结合等方法，以1978-2012年的河南省粮食生产的相关数据资料为依据，进行了相关研究。本文的研究内容主要包括：通过搜集的历年数据，从河南省粮食播种面积与产量结构的变化、粮食生产区域性结构变化及其与全国的比较来分析河南省粮食生产结构的演变情况，进而是对引起河南省粮食生产结构演变的影响因素分析，包括市场行情、消费需求、生产手段和技术以及国家政策等对粮食生产的影响。接下来对河南省主要粮食作物的发展趋势进行了分析，包括对小麦、水稻、玉米、大豆与薯类以及其他杂粮发展的趋势分析。再然后是对河南省粮食生产结构变化的效应分析，包括对国家粮食安全贡献率的影响、对区域经济发展的影响、对农民收入的影响、对生态环境的影响等。最后是结论及对策建议。
[Abstract]:Food is not only an important strategic material related to the national economy and people's livelihood, but also the most basic means of living for the people. National food security is related to the sustainable development of a country's economy, political stability and social harmony. The state government attaches great importance to grain production and food security, and has repeatedly issued favorable agricultural policies to stabilize grain production and ensure food security. Henan Province is a large province of grain production in the whole country and plays an important role in the national grain production. It is necessary not only to ensure the food needs of the people of this province, but also to contribute to ensuring the food security of the country. The task of grain production is very arduous. In view of the important position of Henan Province in the national grain production, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature collection, data collation, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, etc. Based on the relevant data of grain production in Henan Province from 1978 to 2012, the relevant research was carried out. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: from the change of grain planting area and yield structure in Henan Province through the data collected over the years, The changes in regional structure of grain production and their comparison with the whole country are used to analyze the evolution of the structure of grain production in Henan Province, and then to analyze the factors that affect the evolution of the structure of grain production in Henan Province, including market prices and consumption demand. The influence of production means and technology and national policy on grain production. Then the development trend of main grain crops in Henan Province is analyzed, including the trend of wheat, rice, corn, soybean, potato and other miscellaneous grains. Then it analyzes the effects of the change of grain production structure in Henan Province, including the contribution rate to national food security, the impact on regional economic development, the impact on farmers' income, and the impact on ecological environment, etc. Finally, it is the conclusion and the countermeasure suggestion.
