绿色流通向低碳流通转型发展的促进机制

【摘要】：绿色流通是区域经济可持续发展的切入点,在当前经济新常态背景下,商贸产业与流通经济进一步融合,网络经济、电子商务等商贸模式的出现,不断推进着商贸流通业的发展与创新。在这一时期,绿色流通成为了经济发展的主流趋势。然而,在现实发展中,也存在着一些问题,比如经济转型、产业调整滞后,高能耗与环境污染问题未得到妥善解决等。基于此,本文重点采用理论和实践相结合的研究方法,专门以具有典型代表的中部地区湖北省在该领域的发展现状为例,发掘问题、分析原因,提出绿色流通运作思路与规划措施,探寻出绿色流通业向低碳流通业转型升级的创新发展路径。
[Abstract]:Green circulation is the entry point for the sustainable development of regional economy. Under the background of the new normal state of the current economy, the trade and trade industry and circulation economy are further merged, the network economy, e-commerce and other business models appear. Constantly promoting the development and innovation of trade and circulation industry. In this period, green circulation has become the mainstream trend of economic development. However, in the actual development, there are also some problems, such as economic transformation, industrial adjustment lag, high energy consumption and environmental pollution problems have not been properly resolved. Based on this, this paper focuses on the research method of combining theory and practice, especially taking the development situation of Hubei Province in the central region, which is a typical representative, as an example to explore the problems and analyze the reasons. This paper puts forward the ideas and planning measures of green circulation operation, and explores the innovative development path from green circulation industry to low-carbon circulation industry.
