广西沿海铁路公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：国务院《关于改革铁路投融资体制加快推进铁路建设的意见》出台,为社会资本投资铁路建设打开大门,合资铁路迎来快速发展的战略机遇期。合资铁路如何选择合适的发展战略,并有效实施是取得最终获得成功的关键所在。本文运用现代工商管理理论,以广西沿海铁路公司为研究对象,着重对公司的发展战略进行探讨：首先,分析研究广西沿海铁路公司的内部条件,构建公司的内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)；通过对公司外部环境进行(PEST)分析和行业发展趋势分析,依据波特的五力模型,构建外部因素评价矩阵(EFE)和区域内铁路与公路行业竞争、业内主要竞争对手的两个竞争态势矩阵(CPM)。其次,运用SWOT分析法研究公司面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,列出公司备选战略；运用定量战略评价矩阵(QSPM矩阵)对公司的总体战略做出选择：圆心多元化增长型战略。再次,本文根据区域经济社会发展的趋势,利用线性回归分析等方法对公司主要指标进行预测,从而制定公司的战略目标,并提出公司多元化经营各项业务的竞争战略。最后,为公司的发展战略实施制定保障措施。
[Abstract]:The State Council's opinions on reforming the Railway Investment and financing system and speeding up Railway Construction have opened the door for social capital to invest in railway construction and the joint-venture railway has ushered in a period of strategic opportunities for rapid development. How to choose the appropriate development strategy and implement effectively is the key to the success of the joint venture railway. Based on the theory of modern industrial and commercial management, this paper focuses on the development strategy of Guangxi Coastal Railway Company. Firstly, it analyzes the internal conditions of Guangxi Coastal Railway Company. Through the analysis of the external environment of the company and the trend of industry development, according to Porter's five-force model, the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) and the competition between the railway and highway industry in the region are constructed. The two competition situation matrix of the main competitor in the industry is CPM. Secondly, SWOT analysis method is used to study the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company, and the company's alternative strategies are listed. The QSPM matrix of quantitative strategic evaluation is used to choose the overall strategy of the company. Thirdly, according to the trend of regional economic and social development, this paper uses linear regression analysis method to predict the main indicators of the company, so as to formulate the strategic objectives of the company, and put forward the competitive strategy of diversified business. Finally, the company's development strategy for the implementation of security measures.
