【摘要】：从各国的经济发展看,在工业化不断进步过程中,区域经济及国民经济增长的主要特征是产业的不断升级和提高,区域经济特色更是有别于各地区经济发展的主要方面。只有培育和发展区域特色产业,才能壮大区域特色经济,形成区域竞争优势,这样整个地区的经济才能充满活力,研究区域特色产业的发展有利于经济增长,也是优化产业结构的重要途径,是解决区域经济问题的关键,因此具有重大理论和现实意义。吉林省长白朝鲜族自治县是中国沿边唯一的少数民族自治县,位于吉林省东南部、长白山南麓、鸭绿江上游北岸。长白县野生动植物种类繁多,硅藻土资源在储量和品位上居亚洲第一,水资源丰富,拥有得天独厚的大自然风景奇观。长白县依托资源禀赋发展,可以紧紧围绕自然资源开发、农业产品加工和旅游繁荣等形成特色产业,积极引进战略性投资者,推动精深加工,开发系列产品,培育特色品牌等等,实现效益最大化。但是,长白县也存在着交通不便、经济落后、人才缺乏、技术水平不高等诸多问题,阻碍了特色产业的升级和发展。因此,研究长白县的特色产业发展是非常重要的。论文研究的目的是对长白朝鲜族自治县的各产业进行剖析和研究,寻找出长白县特色产业发展问题和影响,提出特色产业的发展对策,更好的利用特色产业的优势为整个地区的经济发展做出贡献。论文试图在长白县县情分析的前提下,对其特色产业现状和问题进行分析,接着对长白县发展特色产业的影响因素进行分析,最后提出长白县特色产业发展的相关对策。通过分析,得出以下结论:长白县现已形成以人参产业、硅藻土加工业、生态旅游业为主要依托的特色产业,大力发展这些特色产业带来的一系列优势和机遇,利用特色产业的有利条件,不断更新技术、引进人才、扩大宣传,让特色产业的经济效益带动长白县经济更好的发展,同时也为其他少数民族地区特色产业发展提供了有效参考,未来也应在其他有潜力的产业上给予关注,努力形成健康的、可持续发展的特色产业产业链循环。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the economic development of various countries, the main characteristics of regional economy and national economic growth are the constant upgrading and improvement of industry in the process of continuous progress of industrialization, and the characteristics of regional economy are different from the main aspects of regional economic development. Only by cultivating and developing regional characteristic industries, can we strengthen the regional characteristic economy and form the regional competitive advantage, so that the economy of the whole region can be full of vitality, and the study of the development of the regional characteristic industry is beneficial to the economic growth. It is also an important way to optimize industrial structure and the key to solve regional economic problems, so it has great theoretical and practical significance. Changbai Korean Autonomous County in Jilin Province is the only ethnic minority autonomous county along the border of China. It is located in the southeast of Jilin Province, the southern foot of Changbai Mountain, and the northern bank of the upstream Yalu River. Changbai County has a wide variety of wild animals and plants, diatomite resources in the reserves and taste of the first in Asia, rich in water resources, with unique natural scenery. Relying on the development of natural resources, Changbai County can closely focus on the development of natural resources, the processing of agricultural products and the prosperity of tourism to form characteristic industries, actively introduce strategic investors, promote intensive processing, and develop a series of products. Cultivate the characteristic brand and so on, realize the benefit maximization. However, Changbai County also has many problems, such as inconvenient transportation, backward economy, lack of talents, low technical level, and so on, which hinders the upgrading and development of characteristic industries. Therefore, it is very important to study the characteristic industry development of Changbai County. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the industries of Changbai Korean Autonomous County, to find out the problems and influences of the development of the characteristic industries in Changbai County, and to put forward the countermeasures for the development of the characteristic industries. Better use of the advantages of characteristic industries to contribute to the economic development of the whole region. On the premise of analyzing the situation of Changbai County, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of its characteristic industry, then analyzes the influencing factors of the development of characteristic industry in Changbai County, and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the development of characteristic Industry in Changbai County. Through analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: Changbai County has now formed a series of advantages and opportunities brought about by vigorously developing these characteristic industries, mainly relying on ginseng industry, diatomite processing industry and ecological tourism. To make use of the favorable conditions of the characteristic industry, constantly update the technology, introduce talents, expand propaganda, and let the economic benefit of the characteristic industry promote the economic development of Changbai County better. At the same time, it also provides an effective reference for the development of characteristic industries in other minority areas. In the future, we should pay attention to other potential industries and strive to form a healthy, sustainable development of the characteristic industrial chain cycle.
