海口市生态观光果园规划设计研究

【摘要】：生态观光果园是生产绿色有机、无公害果品和发展生态休闲旅游相结合的新型产业,是加快休闲农业发展、促进区域经济增长、改善生活环境、增加森林碳汇的重要手段,是农业现代化的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义新农村的必然要求,也是建设生态文明、美丽中国的内在要求。随着经济社会的发展,工业化、城镇化速度的加快,拥挤、嘈杂喧嚣的城市,高节奏的生活使人们产生了远离都市、亲近自然、回归田园的愿望,生态休闲观光游开始受到人们的青睐,观光果园应运而生。观光果园的规划建设和发展模式越来越受到人们的重视,因此研究观光果园规划设计理论和发展模式对今后观光果园的建设实践具有重要指导意义和理论依据。本文阐述了观光果园的产生背景、发展进程、类型特性及开发的意义；对海口市目前观光果园运用调查研究、实地访谈等研究方法,分析了海口市观光果园的现状、存在问题及发展的制约条件。提出了海口地区观光果园的发展模式、规划原则、规划内容、规划布局、绿化设计、果品树种的选择等规划设计要点；以海口市绿枫僗高科技生态观光果园总体规划发展为例,阐述海口市生态观光果园的规划设计,并对其生态效益、社会效益和经济效益进行了评价；结合海口市观光果园发展现状,提出了发展规划策略和建议。
[Abstract]:Ecological sightseeing Orchard is a new type of industry which combines production of green organic, pollution-free fruit and ecological leisure tourism. It is an important means to accelerate the development of leisure agriculture, promote regional economic growth, improve living environment and increase forest carbon sink. It is an important part of agricultural modernization, an inevitable requirement for building a new socialist countryside, and an inherent requirement for building an ecological civilization and a beautiful China. With the development of economy and society, industrialization, the acceleration of urbanization, the crowded, noisy and noisy cities, and the high rhythm of life, people have the desire to stay away from the city, to get close to nature and to return to the countryside. Ecological leisure tourism began to be favored by people, sightseeing orchards came into being. More and more attention has been paid to the planning and construction of sightseeing orchards, so it is of great significance and theoretical basis to study the planning and design theory and development model of sightseeing orchards for the construction practice of sightseeing orchards in the future. In this paper, the background, development process, type characteristics and significance of sightseeing orchard are described, and the present situation of sightseeing orchard in Haikou is analyzed. Existing problems and constraints for development. The development mode, planning principles, planning contents, layout, greening design and selection of fruit species of sightseeing orchards in Haikou area are put forward, and the overall planning and development of high-tech ecotourism orchards in Haikou City are taken as an example. This paper expounds the planning and design of ecological sightseeing orchard in Haikou city, and evaluates its ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit, and puts forward the development planning strategy and suggestion combined with the present development situation of sightseeing orchard in Haikou city.
