【摘要】：民营经济是国民经济的重要支柱，民营经济的快速发展对促进经济转型、推动社会发展、加快科技创新、增加地方经济增长方面起着至关重要的作用。但是民营经济发展一直是吉林市的软肋，究其原因，很大程度上是因为民营经济融资的不发达，导致企业无法发展壮大。尽管目前针对民营企业融资的文章和理论很多,但是真正适合吉林市或能够解决吉林市民营经济融资难问题的却少之又少。本文将从分析民营企业的特点出发，重点研究国内外民营企业融资问题的理论与实证，将着重从民营经济、民营经济融资等几个基本概念的界定范围入手，借鉴所收集的相关资料，对同类研究作出比较系统的总结和概括，对相关问题进行尝试性探讨，并介绍国内外有关民营经济融资方面的情况和主要做法。同时，重点论述吉林市民营经济的基本情况和民营经济融资的情况，并结合吉林市民营经济融资的主要特点，分析民营经济在融资方面存在的主要问题。针对吉林市民营经济存在的问题，从多个角度提供解决这些问题的对策。着力探究民营企业融资结构与融资途径,并提出相应的理论与解决方式支持，对缓解民营企业融资过程中遇到的种种困难,促进吉林市民营企业的发展，同时对民营经济的建设规模化、管理科学化、制度规范化有着深远影响。通过上述分析,达到为今后同类的研究提供有价值的理论依据，，为吉林市民营经济主体在融资上提供一个实践上有针对性和可行性的操作办法，为政府在解决民营经济融资问题上提供一个有益参考的目的。
[Abstract]:Private economy is an important pillar of national economy. The rapid development of private economy plays a vital role in promoting economic transformation, promoting social development, speeding up scientific and technological innovation, and increasing local economic growth. However, the development of private economy has always been the weakness of Jilin City, the reason is largely due to the underdevelopment of private economy financing, resulting in the enterprise can not develop and grow. Although there are a lot of articles and theories about private enterprise financing at present, few of them are suitable for Jilin city or can solve the financing difficulty of private economy in Jilin city. Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of private enterprises, this paper focuses on the theoretical and empirical research on the financing problems of private enterprises at home and abroad, focusing on the definition scope of several basic concepts, such as private economy, private economy financing, etc. Using the relevant data collected for reference, this paper makes a systematic summary and summary of the similar studies, makes a tentative discussion on the related problems, and introduces the domestic and foreign situation and main practices on the financing of private economy. At the same time, the paper mainly discusses the basic situation of private economy in Jilin city and the financing situation of private economy, and analyzes the main problems in financing of private economy according to the main characteristics of private economy financing in Jilin city. In view of the problems existing in Jilin's private economy, the countermeasures to solve these problems are provided from many angles. To probe into the financing structure and ways of financing of private enterprises, and to put forward the corresponding theories and solutions, to alleviate the difficulties encountered in the process of financing of private enterprises, and to promote the development of private enterprises in Jilin City. At the same time, the construction of private economy scale, scientific management, system standardization has a profound impact. Through the above analysis, to provide the valuable theoretical basis for the future similar research, to provide a practical and feasible operation method for the main body of private economy in Jilin City in financing. For the government to solve the problem of private economy financing to provide a useful reference purpose.
