金乡大蒜产业集群发展问题与对策研究

【摘要】：农业产业集群主要由以农业生产和加工为对象的企业群构成，这些企业群有着共性与互补性，并且地理位置上相邻在农业生产基地周围。农业产业集群是现代农业发展的产物，对于增强农业效益，推动农村经济发展，促进农民增收，加快农村城镇化步伐具有积极的作用。当前对农业产业集群的研究已经广泛展开，本文以金乡大蒜产业集群为研究对象，分析了金乡大蒜产业集群的发展优势与问题，研究了促进金乡大蒜产业集群的发展对策。金乡大蒜产业集群经过多年的发展已经成为一个典型的农业产业集群，推动了金乡的经济快速发展，并大幅的提高农民的收入。因此，本文详细阐述了农业产业集群相关的理论，总结了国内外有特色的农业产业集群成功发展的经验与启示，改进了农业产业集群中生命周期理论中阶段划分方法，将其划分为萌芽期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期和跳跃转型期五个阶段，其中衰退期并不是必然经历的阶段，，指出在衰退期或者在成熟期时就可以通过创新实现集群的跳跃转型，从而进入一个全新的具有可持续发展能力的阶段。在此基础上，本文对金乡大蒜产业集群进行实证研究，根据改进的生命周期理论，提出金乡大蒜产业集群进一步发展的对策建议。本文针对金乡大蒜产业集群发展提出了科学的、可持续发展的对策与建议，为区域经济的发展提供了现实的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The agri-industrial cluster is mainly composed of the enterprise groups which take agricultural production and processing as the object. These enterprise groups have the common character and complementarity, and are adjacent to the agricultural production base in the geographical position. Agricultural industrial cluster is the product of modern agricultural development, which plays a positive role in enhancing agricultural efficiency, promoting rural economic development, increasing farmers' income and speeding up the pace of rural urbanization. At present, the research on agricultural industrial cluster has been carried out widely. This paper takes Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster as the research object, analyzes the advantages and problems of Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster, and studies the countermeasures to promote the development of Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster. After years of development, Jinxiang garlic industry cluster has become a typical agricultural industrial cluster, which has promoted the rapid economic development of Jinxiang, and greatly increased the income of farmers. Therefore, this paper elaborates the relevant theories of agricultural industrial cluster, summarizes the experience and inspiration of the successful development of agricultural industrial cluster at home and abroad, and improves the method of stage division in the life cycle theory of agricultural industrial cluster. It is divided into five stages: budding period, growth period, mature stage, recession period and jump transition period, in which the recession period is not a necessary stage. It is pointed out that the jump transition of the cluster can be realized through innovation during the recession period or in the mature period. In order to enter a new stage with the ability of sustainable development. On this basis, this paper carries on the empirical research to the Jinxiang garlic industry cluster, according to the improved life cycle theory, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of the Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster. This paper puts forward some scientific and sustainable countermeasures and suggestions for the development of garlic industrial cluster in Jinxiang, which provides practical guidance for the development of regional economy.
