运储煤管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：木里煤田矿区所在的海西、海北两州,区域经济不发达,是经济较为落后的地区。木里矿区的运储煤管理信息系统的开发可带动两州的经济发展,加速两州贫困人口的脱贫致富,具有重要的社会意义。随着我国经济的持续快速增长,人们的生活水平又迈上一个新的台阶。这样一来,对运储煤管理信息系统的开发,可以更好的了解煤炭储运系统信息化建设的需求。在深入的调查木里地区管理信息系统的需求后,提出了把提升有关职能部门的煤炭资源管理作为管理信息系统的重点,同时根据全省煤炭资源的供需平衡状况,选择木里煤田的煤炭资源管理为突破口,积极开展了煤炭运、储、销管理的信息化工作。煤炭运、储、销的现代信息化管理基本从2个方面着手建设：一是实现人工检查站(收费站)的信息化,建立对煤炭载货车辆同时具有收费和自动监测功能的自动检查站；二是完善政府相关煤炭管理职能部门的信息化程度,建立了对整个木里地区煤炭资源的储、运、销状况开展现代化管理和实时监控的控制中心。木里煤田矿区运储煤管理信息系统的实现,提高了相关企业的管理效率,为企业在生产经营过程中信息的获取、储存、传输、处理等创造了有利条件,同时为企业可以扩大生产、经营规模,有效的控制经济成本提供了有力的技术支持。实现对木里煤田矿区资源管理信息业务需求中远程监控模块、运销管理作业模块、网络计算模块、电子计量模块、业务管理模块和税费管理模块等操作,这样可以确保企业对木里煤田矿区信息管理的网络化、科学化、标准化和数字化,达到系统的预期现结果和目标。
[Abstract]:Muli coalfield mining area is located in Hercynian, Haibei two states, the regional economy is not developed, is a relatively backward region. The development of coal transportation and storage management information system in Muli mining area can promote the economic development of the two states and accelerate the poverty alleviation of the poor population in the two states, which is of great social significance. With the sustained and rapid economic growth in China, people's living standards have reached a new level. In this way, the development of coal transportation and storage management information system can better understand the needs of coal storage and transportation system information construction. After deeply investigating the demands of the Muli area management information system, it is put forward that the key point of the management information system is to upgrade the coal resources management of the relevant functional departments, and at the same time, according to the balance between supply and demand of the coal resources in the province, The management of coal resources in Muli coalfield is chosen as the breakthrough point, and the information work of coal transportation, storage and marketing management is carried out actively. The modern information management of coal transportation, storage and marketing is basically built from two aspects: first, to realize the informatization of manual checkpoints (toll stations), and to establish automatic check points with the functions of charging and automatic monitoring for coal cargo vehicles at the same time; Secondly, it is necessary to perfect the information level of the relevant coal management functional departments of the government, and establish a control center for the storage, transportation and marketing of coal resources in the whole Muli area to carry out modern management and real-time monitoring. The realization of coal transportation and storage management information system in Muli coalfield has improved the management efficiency of related enterprises and created favorable conditions for enterprises to obtain, store, transmit and process information in the process of production and operation. At the same time, it provides strong technical support for enterprises to expand production, business scale, and effectively control economic costs. To realize the operation of remote monitoring module, operation module of transportation and sales management, network calculation module, electronic measurement module, business management module and tax and fee management module in resource management information business demand of Muli coalfield, etc. In this way, the network, scientific, standardization and digitization of information management in Muli coalfield mining area can be ensured, and the expected results and objectives of the system can be achieved.
