国内外产业转移趋势及经济新常态下河南的对策

【摘要】：产业转移是指由于经济发展水平不一样,产业从一个区域进入另一个区域的一种重要的经济现象。通过产业转移,促进资源要素的合理流动,优化产业结构升级,实现区域经济持续协调发展。当前,受全球经济增长恢复缓慢,复苏脆弱且不平衡,下行风险依然明显的影响,中国经济增长的下行压力逐步增大,中国在进入经济新常态的背景下,对河南省来说,要实现中原崛起、河南振兴,就要进一步调整产业结构和产业转型升级,加快承接产业转移的步伐。本文通过对当前国际国内产业转移的趋势分析,提出一系列促进河南省有效承接产业转移的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer refers to an important economic phenomenon from one region to another because of the different level of economic development. By means of industrial transfer, the rational flow of resource elements is promoted, the upgrading of industrial structure is optimized, and the regional economy continues to develop harmoniously. At present, due to the slow recovery of global economic growth and the fragile and unbalanced recovery, the downside risks are still evident. The downward pressure on China's economic growth is gradually increasing. In the context of China's entering the new economic normal, for Henan Province, In order to realize the rise of Central Plains and the revitalization of Henan, it is necessary to further adjust the industrial structure and industrial transformation and upgrade, and speed up the pace of undertaking industrial transfer. Based on the analysis of the current trend of industrial transfer at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective undertaking of industrial transfer in Henan Province.
