基于城市副中心建设下的天津市红桥区城市品牌战略的研究

【摘要】:城市品牌不只是一个城市的名称、符号,也是一个城市特有的形象与核心价值的综合体。良好的城市品牌可以提高城市的社会知名度,积聚资本、技术和人才,促进城市经济发展,增强城市竞争力,增加市民对城市的归属感与自豪感。塑造城市品牌是城市经济发展的需求,也是适应社会主义市场经济,实现可持续发展的关键。 本文首先提出塑造城市品牌的重要性,阐释相关理论基础,继而就城市品牌战略以及天津市红桥区品牌战略建设的实际背景展开研究,然后探讨天津市红桥区品牌战略的问题和机遇,以及在品牌战略下,红桥区的定位,通过总结国内外城市品牌发展规律和经验给红桥区未来的经济发展带来启示,最后分析了红桥区未来发展的战略方向,在总结比较先进经验的基础上,提出红桥区进一步发展品牌经济,打造品牌城市的战略方向及对策。 本文在借鉴城市品牌经济和国内外品牌战略优秀研究成果的基础上,结合天津市和红桥区具体情况提出了城市品牌战略、开发区域经济以及红桥区经济发展新思路。其中,重点提出红桥区围绕西站城市副中心建设,充分利用生态、文化、区位、土地资源等优势实现区域经济产业升级,充分发挥城市副中心的要素聚集和新的经济聚集点的作用。切实将红桥区建设成为天津市综合性城市副中心、现代化商务产业基地,文化生态、和谐宜居的城区。
[Abstract]:City brand is not only the name and symbol of a city, but also a complex of city's unique image and core value. A good city brand can improve the city's social popularity, accumulate capital, technology and talents, promote the city's economic development, enhance the city's competitiveness, and increase the citizens' sense of belonging and pride to the city. Shaping urban brand is the demand of urban economic development and the key to adapt to socialist market economy and realize sustainable development. This paper first puts forward the importance of shaping the city brand, explains the relevant theoretical basis, and then carries out a study on the actual background of the urban brand strategy and the brand strategy construction in Hongqiao District of Tianjin. Then it discusses the problems and opportunities of brand strategy in Hongqiao District of Tianjin, and the positioning of Hongqiao District under the brand strategy. Through summing up the laws and experiences of the development of domestic and foreign urban brands, it brings inspiration to the future economic development of Hongqiao District. Finally, the paper analyzes the strategic direction of Hongqiao district's future development, and puts forward the strategic direction and countermeasures of further developing brand economy and building brand city on the basis of summing up the more advanced experience. On the basis of drawing lessons from the excellent research results of urban brand economy and domestic and foreign brand strategy, this paper puts forward a new idea of urban brand strategy, development of regional economy and economic development of Hongqiao district in combination with the specific situation of Tianjin and Hongqiao district. Among them, it is proposed that Hongqiao District should focus on the construction of the sub-center of the West Railway Station and make full use of the advantages of ecology, culture, location and land resources to realize the upgrading of regional economic industries. Give full play to the sub-center of the city and the role of the new economic agglomeration point. Hongqiao District will be built into a comprehensive urban sub-center of Tianjin, a modern commercial industrial base, cultural ecology, harmonious and livable urban area.
