创新驱动战略下高职教育经济贡献的实证研究

【摘要】：高职教育对国家创新驱动战略的实施和区域经济的可持续发展至关重要。根据Cobb-Douglas生产函数构造理论模型,利用我国2008-2013年间统计数据对高职教育的经济贡献进行估算和比较,实证研究结果表明,我国高职教育对经济增长率的贡献为2.79%,低于本科教育0.73个百分点,高职教育对经济增长率的贡献仍然偏低。在创新驱动战略下,建议我国加大高职教育投入力度,创新发展高职教育,大力培养产业发展所需的高端技能型人才,实现高职教育与区域经济发展的动态匹配和良性互动。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education plays an important role in the implementation of national innovation-driven strategy and the sustainable development of regional economy. According to the theoretical model of Cobb-Douglas production function, the economic contribution of higher vocational education is estimated and compared by using the statistical data from 2008 to 2013. The contribution of higher vocational education to economic growth rate is 2.79%, which is lower than that of undergraduate education by 0.73%, and the contribution of higher vocational education to economic growth rate is still on the low side. Under the innovation-driven strategy, it is suggested that our country should increase the input of higher vocational education, innovate and develop higher vocational education, and vigorously train the high-end skilled talents needed for the development of industry, so as to realize the dynamic matching and benign interaction between higher vocational education and regional economic development.
