川南城市群综合交通规划研究

【摘要】:城市群是现代城市经济、区域经济发展过程中出现的一种特殊的地域空间组织模式,是其所在地区区域经济发展的重要支撑点和全球经济体系的重要节点,标志着是城市化发展水平。城市群内等级结构合理、经济社会职能分工明确且城市间联系紧密,区域内各城镇之间存在着相互交流的强大作用力。研究表明,交通是城市群形成和发展的重要条件,良好的交通规划能够引导城市群体的有序发展。川南城市群是四川境内仅次于成都平原经济区的第二大经济体,拥有巨大的发展潜能和快速发展的重大机遇,地处成渝经济带的南侧、四川南下出海通道周边,既是承接成渝产业转移最好的地点,又是成渝地区与“泛珠”地带联系的重要交通枢纽,区位优势非常明显。近年来,随着西部大开发战略实施,川南地区基础设施得到了相应的改善,但区域内交通基础设施一体化发展水平较低,支撑能力还不够强,要素合理流动和区域合作发展的机制尚不健全。而随着未来川南城市群的发展以及与周边经济体在经济、文化交流的日趋密切,客、货运需求将会逐渐增加,既有运输方式总体运能将难以满足城市群未来的发展需要。因此,尽快规划并建设高效、便捷的综合运输体系,提高可通达性,对川南城市群的发展显得尤为重要。本文针对川南城市群人口、经济、区域地理、既有交通网络状况,对川南城市群综合交通规划战略进行了研究。文章首先从城市群发展阶段性及特征、城市群交通发展阶段性及特征等相关理论入手,分析了城市群交通规划特点。然后对川南城市群的社会经济发展、区域地理、既有交通网路情况进行分析,指出川南城市群既有交通网络的不足。最后,基于系统的角度,运用PESTEL模型,分析了川南城市群交通环境分析,基于隐性经济引力模型对川南城市群区域交通网络进行了初步研究。
[Abstract]:Urban agglomeration is a special regional spatial organization model in the development of modern urban economy and regional economy. It is an important supporting point of regional economic development and an important node of global economic system. It marks the level of urbanization. The hierarchical structure of urban agglomeration is reasonable, the division of economic and social functions is clear and the connection between cities is close, and there is a strong interaction force between cities and towns in the region. The research shows that traffic is an important condition for the formation and development of urban agglomeration, and good traffic planning can guide the orderly development of urban groups. The southern Sichuan urban agglomeration is the second largest economy in Sichuan Province after the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone. It has great potential for development and great opportunities for rapid development. It is located on the south side of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic belt and around the southward sea corridor of Sichuan. It is not only the best place to undertake the transfer of Chengdu-Chongqing industry, but also the important transportation hub between Chengdu-Chongqing area and "pan-pearl" zone. In recent years, with the implementation of the western development strategy, the infrastructure in southern Sichuan has been improved accordingly, but the level of integration of transportation infrastructure in the region is relatively low, and the supporting capacity is not strong enough. The mechanism of reasonable flow of elements and development of regional cooperation is not perfect. With the development of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration and the closer economic and cultural exchanges with the surrounding economies, the demand for passenger and freight transportation will gradually increase, and the overall transportation capacity of the existing transportation mode will be difficult to meet the future development needs of the urban agglomeration. Therefore, it is very important for the development of southern Sichuan urban agglomeration to plan and build an efficient and convenient comprehensive transportation system as soon as possible to improve accessibility. Aiming at the population, economy, regional geography and the existing traffic network of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration, this paper studies the comprehensive traffic planning strategy of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration. In this paper, the characteristics of urban agglomeration traffic planning are analyzed based on the related theories such as the stages and characteristics of urban agglomeration development, the stages and characteristics of urban agglomeration traffic development and so on. Then it analyzes the social and economic development, regional geography and the existing traffic network of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration, and points out the deficiency of the existing traffic network in the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration. Finally, based on the systematic analysis, the traffic environment of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration is analyzed by using PESTEL model, and the regional traffic network of the southern Sichuan urban agglomeration is preliminarily studied based on the recessive economic gravity model.
