基于现代物流系统的铁路快捷货物运输相关问题研究

【摘要】:目前,现代物流在社会经济发展中扮演着重要角色,其高水平的组织方式和管理技术受到国家的高度重视,2009年国务院出台了《物流业调整和振兴规划》,各地方政府也相应制定了当地物流业发展的“十二五”规划目标。各类运输企业也纷纷向现代物流转型,企业产业结构、原材料需求结构、区域经济结构都发生了相应的巨大变化。重工业产品的运输比例下降,高附加值、小批量、多批次的轻工业货运量快速增长,高附加值货物的快捷运输需求已经成为了我国运输市场的重要组成部分。 但铁路运输由于历史原因,其市场定位为大宗重质货物运输。运输市场结构性变化使得铁路提供的货运服务无法满足市场需求,铁路快捷货物运输系统必须加强高附加值的货物运输发展。从提供单一化运输服务转型为提供多元化运输服务,是适应运输需求的变化,同时也是扩大市场份额,获得新的经济增长点的客观要求,是我国铁路货运发展的必然趋势。 本文在大量研究前人成果的基础上,通过理论分析和算例论证,对基于现代物流系统的铁路快捷货物运输进行了以下几个方面的探索。 (1)界定铁路快捷货物运输概念,总结和分类适于开行快运列车的货物,分析考察国内外铁路快捷货物运输现状,总结国外快捷货物运输先进经验,分析了我国铁路快捷货物运输的不足和改进措施。 (2)分析现代物流系统的内涵,概述现代物流对铁路快捷货物运输提出的具体要求,分析现代物流系统下的铁路快捷货物运输组织内容,提出了基于“门到门”运输要求的铁路集疏运一体化构想。 (3)研究了铁路运输企业与公路运输企业形成战略联盟共同组织快捷货物运输的经济性,建立了基于铁路快捷货物联合运输的分运人选择模型。 (4)在构建铁路快捷货物运输动态网络的基础上,建立了铁路快捷货物运输产品计模型,并建立了算例验证算法的可行性。 (5)分析了铁路常规货物和快捷货物运输流程及其特点,并在此基础上构建了铁路常规货物和快捷货物的Petri网业务流程模型,通过对快捷货物运输流程再造,提出新型的快捷货物运输作业组织模式。
[Abstract]:At present, modern logistics plays an important role in social and economic development. In 2009, the State Council issued the "Plan for Adjustment and Revitalization of Logistics Industry", and the local governments formulated the "12th Five-Year Plan" for the development of local logistics industry. All kinds of transportation enterprises have also transformed to modern logistics. The industrial structure, raw material demand structure and regional economic structure have all changed greatly. The proportion of heavy industrial products is decreasing, the volume of light industry freight with high added value, small batch and many batches is increasing rapidly, and the demand for fast transportation of high value-added goods has become an important part of the transportation market in our country. However, due to historical reasons, the railway transportation market positioning for a large number of heavy goods transport. The structural changes in the transport market make the freight transport services provided by railways unable to meet the demand of the market. The railway express freight transport system must strengthen the development of high value-added freight transport. The transformation from providing single transport services to providing diversified transport services is an objective requirement for the expansion of market share and the acquisition of new economic growth points, as well as an inevitable trend for the development of railway freight transport in China. On the basis of a large number of research achievements, this paper explores the following aspects of railway express freight transportation based on modern logistics system through theoretical analysis and numerical examples. (1) defining the concept of railway express freight transportation. Summarizes and classifies the goods suitable for the express train, analyzes and inspects the present situation of railway express freight transportation at home and abroad, summarizes the advanced experience of foreign express freight transportation, The deficiency and improvement measures of railway express freight transportation in China are analyzed. (2) the connotation of modern logistics system is analyzed, and the specific requirements of modern logistics for railway express freight transportation are summarized. This paper analyzes the content of railway express freight transportation organization under modern logistics system, This paper puts forward the conception of railway transportation integration based on "door-to-door" transportation requirements. (3) the economy of forming strategic alliance between railway transport enterprises and road transport enterprises to organize express freight transportation is studied. Based on the railway express freight joint transportation, the paper establishes the model of distribution cargo selection. (4) based on the construction of the railway express freight transport dynamic network, the railway express cargo transport product model is established. Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm is established. (5) the Petri net business process model of railway conventional cargo and express cargo is built based on the analysis of normal and express freight transport flow and its characteristics. By reengineering the process of express freight transportation, a new mode of operation organization of express freight transportation is put forward.
