区域创新网络对企业创新能力的影响研究

【摘要】：在当前知识经济和经济全球化的竞争压力下，创新已成为转变区域经济增长方式，实现可持续发展的根本途径。而企业作为我国国民经济的主要组成部分，是参与创新活动直接主体，更应大力推进企业创新，以提高核心竞争力和可持续发展能力。由于技术创新趋于复杂化，技术创新俨然已经成为一个系统工程，不仅是企业系统工程，更是社会系统工程，网络化创新组织模式即区域创新网络在这一背景下应运而生。因此，以区域创新网络的视角来研究企业技术创新能力有现实意义。本文对区域创新网络和企业创新能力的关系进行实证分析，其主要内容分为：首先，对区域创新网络结构特征进行分析。本文基于已往学者对于区域创新网络结构的研究分析基础上，结合国内各省区规模以上工业企业的数据，从网络规模、联系强度、开放性、结构洞四个方面测度各省区创新网络的发展现状。在研究方法上应用BP神经网络模型与功效系数法相结合的方式进行计算，最后依据各指标得分进行省区间创新网络特征的比较分析。其次，对中国各省区企业创新能力进行分析。企业创新能力的研究是以省区为研究单位，从整体上研究企业创新能力的地域性差异。从企业创新投入能力、企业创新研发能力以及企业创新产出能力三方面入手建立评价指标体系，并运用BP神经网络求取权重，，运用总功效系数法求得各省区企业创新能力的综合得分，结果表明我国各省区企业创新能力呈现出由东到西依次递减的趋势，呈现出显著的地域性差异。最后，分析区域创新网络和企业创新能力之间的关系。应用主成分分析和逐步回归去除指标间的多重共线性，应用多元回归模型对两者之间的影响进行交叉分析，结果表明我国各省区创新网络与企业创新能力之间存在较强的正相关，程度由强到弱依次是联系的强度、开放性、网络规模、结构洞；在区域创新网络中，对企业创新投入能力影响显著的是网络规模和开放性；对企业创新研发能力影响显著是联系强度；对企业创新产出能力影响显著的是联系强度和开放性。最后提出相应的政策建议，即加大区域创新网络的开放性、促进产学研的紧密合作、完善中介服务机构、为企业技术创新创造宽松的环境、建立健全创新支持服务体系等。
[Abstract]:Under the current competitive pressure of knowledge economy and economic globalization, innovation has become the fundamental way to change the mode of regional economic growth and realize sustainable development. As the main component of our national economy, enterprises are the direct subjects of participating in innovation activities, and should vigorously promote enterprise innovation in order to improve the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability. As technological innovation tends to be complicated, technological innovation has become a system engineering, not only enterprise systems engineering, but also social systems engineering. The network innovation organization model, regional innovation network, emerges as the times require under this background. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the technological innovation capability of enterprises from the perspective of regional innovation network. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between regional innovation network and enterprise innovation ability. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the characteristics of regional innovation network structure are analyzed. This paper is based on the research and analysis of the previous scholars' research on the regional innovation network structure, combined with the data of the industrial enterprises above the scale of the provinces and regions in China, from the network scale, the contact intensity, the openness, This paper measures the development status of innovation network in each province in four aspects of structure hole. The BP neural network model and the efficiency coefficient method are used to calculate the research methods. Finally, according to the index scores, the characteristics of the provincial innovation network are compared and analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the innovation ability of the enterprises in the provinces and regions of China. The research of enterprise innovation ability is to study the regional difference of enterprise innovation ability. The evaluation index system is established from the three aspects of enterprise innovation input ability, enterprise innovation R & D ability and enterprise innovation output ability, and the weight is obtained by using BP neural network. By using the method of total efficiency coefficient, the comprehensive score of innovation ability of enterprises in provinces and regions is obtained. The results show that the innovation ability of enterprises in provinces and regions in China is decreasing from east to west, showing significant regional differences. Finally, the relationship between regional innovation network and enterprise innovation ability is analyzed. Principal component analysis (PCA) and stepwise regression (stepwise regression) were used to analyze the multiple collinearity between the two indexes, and the multivariate regression model was used to analyze the influence of the two factors. The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the innovation network and the innovation ability of enterprises in every province of China, and the degree from strong to weak is the intensity, openness, network scale, structure hole, in the regional innovation network. The influence of network scale and openness on enterprise innovation input ability is significant; on enterprise innovation R & D ability is connection intensity; on enterprise innovation output ability is significant impact on enterprise innovation output ability is connection intensity and openness. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward, that is, to increase the openness of regional innovation network, to promote the close cooperation between industry, university and research, to perfect intermediary service organizations, to create a relaxed environment for technological innovation of enterprises, and to establish and improve the innovation support service system and so on.
