基于地方政府效用的区域产业政策趋同研究

【摘要】：在区域经济发展过程中地方政府之间的竞争日益激烈。这必然造成区域之间的产业政策趋同,对于区域经济的协调发展和长远发展极为不利。解决上述问题的办法是提高中央政府的宏观调控水平,强化地方政府的责、权、利边界,引导地方政府在区域产业政策中体现差异性。
[Abstract]:In the process of regional economic development, the competition between local governments is becoming increasingly fierce. This inevitably leads to the convergence of industrial policies between regions, which is extremely disadvantageous to the coordinated and long-term development of regional economy. The solution to the above problems is to improve the central government's macro-control level, strengthen the local government's responsibility, power and profit boundary, and guide the local government to reflect the difference in the regional industrial policy.
