东北老工业基地人口资源与经济发展研究

【摘要】：东北老工业基地是近年来国家重点改造区域,对人口资源需求较大,但近年来辽吉黑三省人口始终保持净迁出状态,东北老工业基地面临严峻的人口资源匮乏问题,成为地区经济发展的障碍。以区域为中心的经济发展符合市场主体多元化发展的需要,区域经济发展可以促进人口资源的有效配置,合理配置人口资源可以实现公共领域中的所有资源及价值的最大化使用,可以缓解人口资源流失对区域经济发展产生的负面影响,进而推动东北地区经济的发展。
[Abstract]:The northeast old industrial base is the key area of national transformation in recent years, and has a great demand for population resources. However, in recent years, the population of the three provinces of Liaoning, Jilin and Black has been kept in a state of net emigration, and the old industrial base of northeast China is faced with a severe problem of population and resources shortage. To become an obstacle to regional economic development. Regional economic development accords with the needs of diversified development of market subjects, and regional economic development can promote the effective allocation of population resources. Rational allocation of population resources can maximize the use of all resources and values in the public domain, alleviate the negative impact of population resources loss on regional economic development, and then promote the economic development of Northeast China.
