高等教育发展水平与城市竞争力的相关性研究——基于六个样本城市的分析

【摘要】：自我国实施人才强国基本战略以来,高水平大学成为科技创新、文化创新、经济可持续发展的根本保障。研究高等教育发展与城市竞争力的关系,需从高等教育与城市竞争力的互动机理、关联性分析入手进行指标选择。通过对东中西部六个城市样本的实证数据分析,结果显示2009—2013年高等教育发展水平与城市竞争力多项指标存在显著相关关系。因此,在高等教育与城市发展的互动过程中,要充分尊重各个城市教育与经济发展的差异性和相关性特征,构建与区域经济结构相协调的高等教育发展机制。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the basic strategy of strengthening the country by talents, high-level universities have become the fundamental guarantee for scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation and sustainable economic development. In order to study the relationship between the development of higher education and the competitiveness of cities, we should choose the indexes from the interactive mechanism of higher education and the competitiveness of cities. Through the empirical data analysis of six cities in east, west and west, the results show that there is a significant correlation between the development level of higher education in 2009-2013 and several indexes of urban competitiveness. Therefore, in the process of interaction between higher education and urban development, we should fully respect the differences and correlation characteristics between urban education and economic development, and construct a mechanism of higher education development coordinated with the regional economic structure.
