中美经贸关系——TPP问题研究

【摘要】：TPP是全球经济一体化受阻、区域经济蓬勃发展潮流下出现的一个区域协定,被称为"高标准的21世纪自由贸易协定",其产生有特殊背景,内容也较其他协定不同。美国加入并主导其谈判议程后,也使其从多方面对中国在东亚格局中的地位产生了现实或潜在的影响与冲击。TPP对中国是机遇还是挑战?中美经贸关系中如何协商TPP问题?本文主要以经济的视角,从四个方面探究美国加入TPP的战略意图,分析TPP对中国利益影响、中国对TPP的态度变化及原因,为中美经贸关系在TPP问题上找一个平衡点,使双方在竞争与合作之中创造互利共赢。
[Abstract]:TPP is a regional agreement which appears under the trend of global economic integration and vigorous development of regional economy. It is called "high standard free trade agreement in the 21st century". It has a special background and its content is different from other agreements. After the United States joined in and dominated its negotiation agenda, it also had a realistic or potential impact on China's position in East Asia in many ways. Is TPP an opportunity or a challenge to China? How to negotiate TPP in Sino-US economic and trade relations? From the economic perspective, this paper explores the strategic intention of the United States to join the TPP from four aspects, analyzes the influence of TPP on China's interests, changes in China's attitude towards TPP and its reasons, and finds a balance point for Sino-US economic and trade relations on the issue of TPP. So that the two sides in the competition and cooperation to create mutual benefit and win-win.
