高校应为区域创新驱动提供基础支撑

【摘要】：正实施区域创新驱动发展战略,需要高水平科技与高素质人才的支撑,高校需要主动适应区域创新驱动发展的需要,担当起改革发展的人才库、科学技术的创新源、思想文化的集散地功能,概括起来,即做好"三提升、三提供"。一是要提升人才培养的"契合度",提供人才支撑。高校要积极对接区域经济社会发展需求,努力优化学科专业结构,建立学科专业、类型、层次和区域布局动态调整机制。统筹产业发展和人才培养开发规划,加强产业人才需求预测,培育重点行业、重要
