不确定环境下中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新的演化机理

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展，我国产业集群迅速崛起，在区域经济和产业发展中占据重要地位，产业集群已成为经济管理等学科的重要研究内容，越来越受到人们的关注。但是对于中国集群企业的合作创新问题，现有研究未充分考虑我国经济转型期的环境不确定性对集群企业合作创新的影响。学者们研究中国集群企业创新问题时，大多基于组织学习理论、社会网络理论及技术创新理论等传统理论基础，因此本文通过对我国产业集群的发展历程和形成动因进行梳理，，对集群企业创新的特点和模式进行分析，从而探寻适合中国集群企业合作创新的新模式——捆绑式合作创新。 通过深入探讨集群企业生态环境不确定性和集群企业捆绑式合作创新之间的关系，剖析不确定环境下中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新的特征，研究集群企业捆绑式合作创新的边界条件和约束机制。同时采用演化博弈分析法构建不确定环境下中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新的演化模型，最后对中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新演化模型进行计算机仿真，动态地揭示不确定环境下中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新的演化机理。通过对中国集群企业捆绑式合作创新的演化机理分析及计算机仿真，结合实际案例，针对政府、企业提出一些促进中国集群企业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, China's industrial clusters have risen rapidly, and occupied an important position in the regional economy and industrial development. Industrial clusters have become an important research content in economic management and other disciplines, and have attracted more and more attention. However, for the cooperative innovation of cluster enterprises in China, the existing research has not fully considered the impact of environmental uncertainty on cooperative innovation of cluster enterprises in China's economic transition period. When scholars study the innovation of cluster enterprises in China, most of them are based on the traditional theories such as organizational learning theory, social network theory and technological innovation theory. This paper analyzes the characteristics and modes of cluster enterprises' innovation, and explores a new mode of cooperative innovation suitable for China's cluster enterprises, that is, bundled cooperative innovation. This paper probes into the relationship between the uncertainty of ecological environment of cluster enterprises and the cooperative innovation of cluster enterprises, and analyzes the characteristics of cooperative innovation of cluster enterprises in China under uncertain environment. This paper studies the boundary conditions and constraint mechanism of cluster enterprises'bundled cooperative innovation. At the same time, the evolutionary model of Chinese cluster enterprise bundled cooperative innovation under uncertain environment is constructed by evolutionary game analysis. Finally, the evolution model of Chinese cluster enterprise bundled cooperative innovation is simulated by computer. Dynamic reveal the evolution mechanism of Chinese cluster enterprise bundled cooperative innovation under uncertain environment. Based on the analysis of the evolution mechanism and computer simulation of Chinese cluster enterprises' bundled cooperative innovation, combined with practical cases, some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of China's cluster enterprises are put forward for the government and enterprises.
