【摘要】：在过去10多年,广西面向东盟的贸易、投资、产业等方面都迅速发展。在"一带一路"建设背景下,尤其是2015年以来,广西开放发展又有了新定位新目标新任务,对此,广西除发挥区位优势外,还需要把握住国家构建开放型经济新体制的发展机遇,加强跨区域协同发展布局以提升开放发展格局,推进与东盟国家产能合作,提升中国—东盟自由贸易区利用率,加大体制机制改革力度,完善沿边开发开放措施,强化资源要素配置并策划一批项目建设,为广西新时期新阶段开放发展提供有力的支撑。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, the trade, investment and industry of Guangxi to ASEAN have developed rapidly. Under the background of "Belt and Road" construction, especially since 2015. Guangxi's open development has a new orientation, new goals and new tasks. In addition to giving full play to its regional advantages, Guangxi also needs to grasp the opportunities for the country to build a new open economic system. Strengthen the cross-regional coordinated development layout to enhance the open development pattern, promote capacity cooperation with ASEAN countries, enhance the utilization rate of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, and strengthen the reform of the system and mechanism. To perfect the measures of developing and opening up along the border, to strengthen the allocation of resources and to plan a number of projects, and to provide a strong support for the opening and development of Guangxi in the new period and new stage.
