【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来，我国经济经快速增长，人民生活水平显著提高，收入差距问题伴随着我国经济转轨逐步形成并突显出来，居民收入的行业差距持续扩大就是其中问题之一。在不断扩大的行业收入差距中，垄断行业由于一直是高收入行业的主体，而成为理论界关注的一个焦点。垄断行业收入水平过高、内部分配不规范等问题已严重扰乱了我国的收入分配秩序,同时也限制了垄断企业经营效率的快速提高，，严重影响了我国经济社会的和谐发展。深入分析导致垄断行业高收入的原因，并寻求调节垄断行业高收入的途径具有重大意义。本文分为绪论和正文两部分内容。第一部分为绪论部分,主要论述了本文的研究背景、研究意义和研究方法，并总结国内外学者对垄断行业高收入问题的研究成果，同时介绍本文的创新之处。第二部分分为四章内容。第一章阐述了垄断理论和收入分配理论，是全文的理论基础；第二章首先对我国主要垄断行业作出界定，然后分别从静态、动态角度对我国主要垄断行业职工收入进行实证研究，得出我国主要垄断行业收入过高等结论，并分析后果及影响；第三章基于上述结论，分别从制度、垄断企业内部、市场、税制结构四个方面分析导致我国主要垄断行业高收入的原因；第四章针对以上原因，进一步提出调解垄断行业高收入的解决途径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the economy of our country has increased rapidly, the living standard of the people has been improved remarkably, and the problem of income gap has been gradually formed and highlighted along with the economic transition of our country. One of the problems is that the industry gap of residents' income continues to widen. In the expanding industry income gap, monopoly industry has always been the main body of high-income industries. Monopoly industry income level is too high, internal distribution of non-standard and other issues have seriously disturbed the order of income distribution in China. At the same time, it also restricts the rapid improvement of monopoly enterprises' operating efficiency, which seriously affects the harmonious development of our country's economy and society. It is of great significance to seek ways to regulate the high income of monopoly industries. This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text. The first part is the introduction part, mainly discusses the research background, research significance and research methods. The second part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the monopoly theory and income distribution theory. Is the theoretical basis of the full text; The second chapter first defines the main monopoly industries in China, then from the static and dynamic point of view of the main monopoly industry income empirical study, draw the conclusion that the main monopoly industry income is too high in our country. And analyze the consequence and influence; The third chapter, based on the above conclusions, analyzes the reasons for the high income of the main monopoly industries in China from four aspects: system, monopoly enterprise interior, market and tax system structure. Chapter 4th, for the above reasons, further proposed mediation monopoly industry high-income solutions.
