“一带一路”背景下中国企业跨文化管理研究

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议的提出对于中国企业来说是一个难得的发展机遇,然而中国企业在与"一带一路"沿线国家合作时必然会受到不同文化的影响。在对跨文化管理冲突分析基础上,探讨了中国与"一带一路"沿线国家之间的文化差异,结合中国企业跨国管理的文化特征,提出企业在跨文化管理过程中与国家"一带一路"倡议对接的思路以及相应的对策。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is a rare development opportunity for Chinese enterprises. However, when Chinese enterprises cooperate with countries along "Belt and Road", they are bound to be influenced by different cultures. This paper probes into the cultural differences between China and the countries along the route of "Belt and Road", and combines the cultural characteristics of the transnational management of Chinese enterprises. This paper puts forward the idea of connecting the enterprise with the national "Belt and Road" initiative in the process of cross-cultural management and the corresponding countermeasures.
