县域经济环境下湘赣物流园定位规划

【摘要】：物流园区作为现代物流体系中的重要节点和物流产业的聚集地,已被看作是推动中小城市县域经济发展新的增长点。物流园区通过实现物流产业的空间集聚、资源的有效整合、业务的流程优化,在促进县域经济发展,提升物流服务水平,提高土地集约化使用,减轻道路、环境和能源压力,加强物流市场管理,增加就业机会等方面发挥着重要作用。本文以湖南省株洲市茶陵县湘赣物流园为研究对象,首先从地理位置、周边环境、市场需求、发展空间等多个方面对湘赣物流园总体情况进行了分析；其次,通过对园区所处区域的资源分布状况、经济发展状况、货运量、商品交易市场状况和周边其它物流园区的发展情况的调研与数据分析,对湘赣物流园的的发展进行了SWOT分析,提出县域经济发展环境下的园区定位规划方案；再次,从经济效益和社会效益两方面对规划方案进行了科学评估；最后,提出针对其投资建设和运营的建议,从而更好地促进茶陵县县域经济的发展。本文旨在通过对县域经济发展环境下湘赣物流园定位规划的研究,结合茶陵县及周边区域当前的物流发展水平,提出县域经济发展环境下湘赣物流园定位规划的实施方案,为县域经济环境下的物流园区建设与运营提供理论支持,具有实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:As an important node in modern logistics system and a gathering place of logistics industry, logistics park has been regarded as a new growth point to promote the development of county economy in small and medium-sized cities. Logistics parks realize the spatial agglomeration of logistics industry. Effective integration of resources, business process optimization, in promoting the development of county economy, improve the level of logistics services, improve the intensive use of land, reduce road, environmental and energy pressure, strengthen logistics market management. Increasing employment opportunities is playing an important role. This paper takes Xianggan Logistics Park of Chaling County, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province as the research object. Firstly, it analyzes the overall situation of Hunan and Jiangxi Logistics Park from many aspects, such as geographical location, surrounding environment, market demand, development space and so on. Secondly, through the research and data analysis on the distribution of resources, economic development, freight volume, commodity trading market and the development of other logistics parks around the park. This paper analyzes the development of Hunan and Jiangxi logistics park by SWOT, and puts forward the plan of park positioning under the circumstance of county economy development. Thirdly, the planning scheme is evaluated scientifically from the aspects of economic and social benefits. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for its investment, construction and operation, so as to promote the development of the county economy in Chaling County. The purpose of this paper is to combine the current level of logistics development in Chaling County and its surrounding areas by studying the positioning planning of Hunan and Jiangxi Logistics Park under the environment of county economic development. This paper puts forward the implementation plan of the location planning of Hunan and Jiangxi logistics park under the circumstance of county economic development, which provides theoretical support for the construction and operation of logistics park under county economy environment, and has practical guiding significance.
