中国规制协调的实践与“一带一路”视野下的金砖机制

【摘要】：经过四年富有成效的推进,"一带一路"进入建构规则、促进规制协调的制度合作阶段。未来,我国需要加强创制能力建设,强化规制协调意识,凝聚制度合作共识,把控制定发展规制的主导权,将有益的经验和规则多边化,促进规则流动,践行以规制协调统领国际和国内规则的制度治理思想,对广大发展中国家和世界经济发展紧迫而重要。
[Abstract]:After four years of fruitful promotion, "Belt and Road" entered the stage of institutional cooperation to promote regulatory coordination. In the future, China needs to strengthen the building of creative capacity and strengthen the awareness of regulatory coordination. Condense the consensus of institutional cooperation, control the leading power of development regulation, multilateralize the beneficial experience and rules, promote the rule flow, and practice the system governance thought of regulating and controlling the international and domestic rules. It is urgent and important for the development of the developing countries and the world economy.
