越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长实证研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展，对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长问题越来越受到广大学术界和政府部门所关注的热点问题，特别是对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长之间的关系成为了当前学术界研究的前沿问题。随着经济全球化和区域经济集群化的发展，对外贸易与外商直接投资成为了加强国际经济交往，，加强国际分工的重要经济活动。因此，外商直接投资的流入与对外贸易在不断扩大的同时，对加快国家、地区经济增长起到了重要的影响。发展中国家往往积极发展外向型经济，扩大对外贸易，由此带来的外商直接投资能有力地促进经济增长和提高国家的资本流动、弥补国内资金的不足，吸收外资带来新的技术管理经验。越南1986年革新开放，政府积极融入世界经济体系以及部署好迎合经济全球化的大趋势，自革新开放以来，国家致力发展对外贸易、不断加大吸引外商的投资，积极推行外向型经济模式。经过数十年的努力，目前，越南已成为了亚洲最具优势的外商直接投资目的国之一，投资国别日益丰富，投资产业日益多样化。因此，研究对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长之间的关系，有利于在新形势下实现对外开放与经济增长的良性互动，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。在不同的经济条件下，对外贸易和外商直接投资对经济增长的促进作用也有所不同。本文系统的阐述了越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长的研究现状及其问题所存在的问题，基于对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长的相关文献述评的基础上，介绍了越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长的发展现状，利用1991——2012年时间序列数据分析越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济效应，采用理论分析与实证研究相结合，建立计量经济模型的方法。并基于单证检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验对越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长的相关数据进行实证分析，具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。实证结果显示，越南对外贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长之间呈现正相关关系；对外贸易与外商直接投资对越南经济增长具有明显的推动作用。最后根据实证分析得出的相关结果，提出相应的建议和对策，对越南对外贸易的改善及利用外商直接投资促进经济增长的发展战略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth are more and more concerned by the academic community and government departments, especially foreign trade. The relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth has become the frontier of academic research. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic cluster. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment have become important economic activities to strengthen international economic exchanges and strengthen international division of labor. Regional economic growth has played an important role. Developing countries often actively develop export-oriented economies and expand foreign trade. The resulting foreign direct investment can promote economic growth and improve the capital flow of the country, make up for the shortage of domestic capital, and absorb foreign capital to bring new technological management experience. In 1986, Vietnam innovated and opened, the government actively integrated into the world economic system and arranged to meet the general trend of economic globalization. Since the reform and opening up, the country has devoted itself to the development of foreign trade. Through decades of efforts, Vietnam has become one of the most advantageous foreign direct investment destination countries in Asia, with increasingly rich investment countries. Therefore, the study of the relationship between foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth is conducive to realizing the positive interaction between opening up and economic growth in the new situation. It has important theoretical value and practical significance. Under different economic conditions, foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) have different effects on economic growth. Foreign direct investment and economic growth research status and existing problems, based on foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth on the basis of literature review, introduced Vietnam's foreign trade. The present situation of foreign direct investment and economic growth, using the time series data from 1991 to 2012 to analyze Vietnam's foreign trade, foreign direct investment and economic effects. Using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper establishes the method of econometric model, and based on document test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to Vietnam's foreign trade. The empirical analysis of foreign direct investment and economic growth data has certain theoretical value and practical significance. The empirical results show that Vietnam's foreign trade. There is a positive correlation between FDI and economic growth. Foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) play a significant role in promoting Vietnam's economic growth. Finally, according to the empirical analysis of the relevant results, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. The improvement of Vietnam's foreign trade and the development strategy of using foreign direct investment to promote economic growth.
