特朗普新政下的东亚区域经济合作挑战与展望

【摘要】：2016年末特朗普赢得美国总统大选后,推行带有强烈"保护主义"色彩的贸易政策,退出TPP,着重推动双边经济合作框架,夯实美国经济实力基础。相关政策主张带动全球贸易的"保护主义"风潮,引发美国与东亚各国经济关系紧张,汇率问题激化的可能性有所增加,东亚经济合作框架建构的不确定性持续提高。由于各国与美国经济合作深度、方式各有不同,日本、韩国、中国对"特朗普新政"冲击的担忧存在着明显的差异,采取了以迎合、转进、观察为特征的应对措施。特朗普新政将促使中国深化东亚区域经济合作,承担起推进经济全球化的责任,通过推进中日韩FTA、RCEP、FTAAP建设,化解美国贸易政策带来的不确定性。
[Abstract]:After Trump won the US presidential election in end of 2016, he pursued a trade policy with a strong "protectionist" color, withdrew from the TPPand focused on promoting the bilateral economic cooperation framework. To strengthen the economic strength of the United States. The related policies advocate the "protectionist" tide of global trade, which leads to the tense economic relations between the United States and the East Asian countries, and the possibility that the exchange rate issue will intensify. The uncertainty of the construction of East Asian economic cooperation framework has been increasing. Because of the depth of economic cooperation between countries and the United States, the ways are different, Japan, South Korea. There are obvious differences in China's concerns about the impact of the "Trump New deal", which is characterized by pandering, turning and observing. Trump's new deal will prompt China to deepen regional economic cooperation in East Asia. To assume the responsibility of promoting economic globalization and to resolve the uncertainty brought about by U.S. trade policy by promoting the construction of FTARCEP FTAAP between China, Japan and South Korea.
