【摘要】：振兴东北是新时期党中央、国务院推进的重要战略,需要社会各界提供智力支持。目前,应准确认识和把握新一轮东北振兴的重大机遇。深化东北地区体制改革、振兴东北制造业、推动地区技术创新、深化国有企业改革、推动资源型城市转型发展、推动东北地区与京津冀协同发展、推动东北地区与内蒙古东部一体化发展、推动东北地区对外开放等是东北振兴应采取的重大措施。
[Abstract]:Revitalizing the Northeast is an important strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the new period, and needs intellectual support from all walks of life. At present, it is necessary to accurately understand and grasp the major opportunities for a new round of northeast revitalization, and deepen the reform of the Northeast region's system. To revitalize the northeast manufacturing industry, to promote regional technological innovation, to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, to promote the transformation and development of resource-based cities, to promote the coordinated development of the Northeast region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and to promote the integration of the Northeast region and the eastern part of Inner Mongolia. Promoting the opening to the outside world in Northeast China is an important measure to revitalize Northeast China.
