甘肃省固定资产投资与产业结构演进关系研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展和改革的影响，对于产业结构的调整特别是落后地区产业结构的调整和优化已经具有了明显的改善，产业结构也从低级向高级不断的演化，政府主导的产业结构调整、外贸导向的产业结构调整、投资结构的产业结构调整以及地区根据其比较优势发展主导产业和新兴产业的结构调整等等，都从不同程度上改善了甘肃省原先比较低级的产业结构基础，产业结构升级对于经济增长的作用已经显现。但这些调整和优化由于不同区域经济基础和条件的不同而具有显著的差别，其导致的原因和最后的结构以及对经济发展的影响也是千差万别。有鉴于此，本文认为有必要研究一下甘肃省的产业结构现状以及产业结构演进的基本规律，并主要从投资的角度来研究其与产业结构的关系。在借鉴国内外的有关研究的基础上，本文采用甘肃省1993年至2012年的经济数据，研究了甘肃省的投资结构和产业结构现状，也包括甘肃省内地区间的结构问题，文中运用联立方程模型分析了两者之间的关系，在控制其他变量的基础上，得出结论。最后，，在前面的讨论和研究基础之上，为了使得甘肃省的经济更好的发展，改善现有的经济和产业结构，摆脱现有发展中所存在的问题，提出了相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the influence of economic development and reform in our country, the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, especially in backward areas, have been obviously improved, and the industrial structure has also evolved from the lower level to the higher level. The readjustment of the industrial structure led by the government, the readjustment of the industrial structure guided by foreign trade, the adjustment of the industrial structure of the investment structure, and the structural adjustment of the leading industries and emerging industries developed in accordance with their comparative advantages, etc. To some extent, they have improved the industrial structure foundation of Gansu Province, which was originally relatively low-level. The effects of industrial structure upgrading on economic growth have already been shown. However, these adjustments and optimizations are significantly different from each other because of the different economic bases and conditions in different regions. Its causes and final structure and the impact on economic development are also very different. In view of this, this paper thinks that it is necessary to study the present situation of the industrial structure and the basic law of the evolution of the industrial structure in Gansu Province. And mainly from the angle of investment to study its relationship with the industrial structure. On the basis of reference from domestic and foreign related research, this paper uses the economic data of Gansu Province from 1993 to 2012 to study the present situation of investment structure and industrial structure in Gansu Province. It also includes the structural problems of the interior section of Gansu Province. The paper analyzes the relationship between the two by using the simultaneous equation model, and draws a conclusion on the basis of controlling other variables. Finally, on the basis of the previous discussion and research, In order to make the economy of Gansu province develop better, improve the existing economic and industrial structure, and get rid of the existing problems in the present development, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
