“供给侧”改革的经济学分析

【摘要】：从古典经济学时期的萨伊定律,到盛行于1980年代的美国供给学派,都与凯恩斯所主张的“增加总需求”的观点针锋相对,认为政府致力于增加总供给才是治理经济衰退的良方。里根总统就是遵从供给学派的主张而推行减税政策与废除政府管制为主要的政策实践。针对中国目前的经济状况,减轻“供给侧”的税收负担、废除政府对“供给侧”的管制与所谓的“扶持”,才是正确的“供给侧”改革的内容。
[Abstract]:From the Say's law of classical economics to the American supply school that prevailed in the 1980s, it was opposed to Keynes's idea of "increasing aggregate demand". He believed that the government's commitment to increasing the total supply was the best way to manage the recession. President Reagan followed the idea of the supply-side school and implemented tax cuts and the abolition of government regulation as the main policy practice. In view of the current economic situation in China, Reducing the tax burden on the "supply side" and abolishing the government's regulation on the "supply side" and the so-called "support" are the correct contents of the "supply-side" reform.
