发达资本主义国家“反全球化”的真相及启示

【摘要】：与以往"反全球化"的诉求主要来源于发展中国家、个体人士、社会组织,以及各国家内弱势群体的呼声不同,"反全球化"出现新特点,即美、英所代表的曾经主导全球化进程、贩卖全球化理念、论证全球化合法性、享尽全球化利好的发达资本主义国家也开始走向"反全球化"。其背后的实质不是真正反全球化,也不是反全球化的全部,是选择性"反全球化",是不愿分享利益、承担国际责任的资本贪婪本性和狭隘民族主义情绪,是其国内弱势群体对利益受损和社会不公的"破釜沉舟"式愤怒表达,是西方反理性主义思潮的产物,是资本主义基本矛盾深入发展的结果,也是资本主义国家的短期应激反应。在此背景下,我国要继续积极融入全球化进程,推动全球化朝着均衡、普惠、共赢的方向发展,警惕、预防、规避全球化的消极后果,更加重视保障弱势群体利益。
[Abstract]:Unlike the voices of the developing countries, the individual, the social organizations and the vulnerable groups in the developing countries, the "anti-globalization" demands have emerged a new feature, that is, the United States. The developed capitalist countries represented by Britain, which once dominated the process of globalization, sold the concept of globalization, demonstrated the legitimacy of globalization and enjoyed the benefits of globalization, also began to move towards "anti-globalization." the essence behind it is not truly anti-globalization. Nor is it all about anti-globalization. It is a selective "anti-globalization". It is a kind of capital greed and narrow nationalism that is unwilling to share benefits and bear international responsibility. It is the angry expression of the weak groups in China about the loss of interests and social injustice. It is the product of Western anti-rationalism and the result of the further development of the basic contradictions of capitalism. It is also a short-term stress response of capitalist countries. In this context, our country should continue to actively integrate into the process of globalization, promote the development of globalization in the direction of balance, universality and win-win situation, be vigilant, prevent, and avoid the negative consequences of globalization. More attention should be paid to protecting the interests of vulnerable groups.
