“一带一路”战略下开展人文交流的逻辑起点与实现路径

【摘要】：人文交流在"一带一路"建设中具有重要地位,能够为政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通和民心相通奠定坚实的民意和社会基础。提升国家软实力和构建人类命运共同体是人文交流的两大逻辑起点。当前人文交流实践中亟须解决文化创新能力不强、国际传播实效性不高、民间参与力度不大、国际通用型人才不足等问题,要努力从交流机制、交流模式、交流路径、文化基础、管理方式等方面入手推进"一带一路"人文交流建设。
[Abstract]:Cultural exchanges play an important role in the construction of "Belt and Road," and can be used for policy communication, road connectivity, and smooth trade. The exchange of money and the hearts of the people lays a solid foundation for public opinion and society. The promotion of national soft power and the construction of a community of human destiny are two logical starting points for human exchanges. At present, it is urgent to solve the weak ability of cultural innovation in the practice of humanistic communication. The effectiveness of international communication is not high, the level of folk participation is not high, and there are not enough international general-purpose personnel. We should strive to make efforts in terms of communication mechanisms, communication modes, communication paths, and cultural foundations. Management methods and other aspects to promote the "Belt and Road" humanistic exchange construction.
