中俄经贸合作的现实基础和发展对策研究

【摘要】：中俄互为最大邻国，世代毗邻而居，传统友谊深厚，绵延4300多千米的边界线成为和谐共处的纽带与桥梁。经贸合作是巩固和发展两国关系的重要支柱。近年来，中俄经贸合作稳步快速发展，，中国已连续4年成为俄罗斯第一大贸易伙伴。从要素禀赋和相互依赖程度看，中俄两国经贸合作具有很强的互补性和相互依赖性，这些优势不仅为中俄双边经贸合作带来机遇，也带来了巨大挑战。在WTO框架下，中俄经贸合作需要作出一定的调整，来适应变化的国际规则和贸易环境。对此，本文提出了一系列中俄经贸合作转型发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:China and Russia are each other's largest neighbors, living side by side for generations. The traditional friendship is profound, and the boundary line stretching more than 4,300 kilometers serves as a link and bridge for harmonious coexistence. Economic and trade cooperation is an important pillar for consolidating and developing bilateral relations. Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation has developed steadily and rapidly, and China has become Russia's largest trading partner for the fourth consecutive year. Judging from factor endowments and degree of interdependence, Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation is highly complementary and interdependent. These advantages not only bring opportunities for bilateral economic and trade cooperation, but also bring great challenges. Under the framework of WTO, Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation needs to be adjusted to adapt to the changing international rules and trade environment. In view of this, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and development of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation.
