基于鲁尔区兴衰历程谈山西经济结构转型新方向

【摘要】：正德国鲁尔区曾是欧洲最大的工业区,该区以采煤、钢铁、化学、机械制造等重工业为经济核心,经济总量曾达德国的1/3。但在上世纪70年代后,世界能源工业大发展,鲁尔区也随之逐渐衰落,后来经过一系列经济改革措施的实施,鲁尔区又重新崛起。而山西同样因煤而兴,随着煤炭钢铁产能过剩和重工业退化,陷入了类似鲁尔区曾经的经济发展困境。故而鲁尔区的兴衰历程对当今山西经济发展突破困境具有重要参考意义,提供了
[Abstract]:The Ruhr region of Germany was once the largest industrial zone in Europe, with coal mining, iron and steel, chemical, mechanical manufacturing and other heavy industries as the core of the economy. The total economic volume of the region had reached a third of that of Germany. But after -30s, the world energy industry developed greatly. After a series of economic reform measures, the Ruhr district rose again. Shanxi, too, grew up because of coal, as coal overcapacity and heavy industry degenerated. The rise and fall course of Ruhr district has important reference significance for Shanxi economic development breakthrough predicament, and provides a great deal of reference for the economic development of Shanxi province, which is similar to the economic development dilemma in the Ruhr district, which provides a reference for the breakthrough of Shanxi economic development.
