中国对东盟直接投资的产业选择研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济形势的转变以及经济全球化的深入发展,我国同世界各国间的经济往来日益密切,使得我国在全球经济中的作用和地位发生了巨大的变化,我国在全球经济舞台上的戏份越来越重,同时所面临的压力也在越来越大。世界经济整体处在后经济危机时期,主要大的经济体都处在恢复期,而新型经济体进入了快速的发展期,导致了世界经济格局的不确定性增加,为我国经济的对外发展和合作造成了一些挑战。我国国内正面临着经济转型发展的新阶段,经济发展新态势的要求日益迫切。抵住现有的这些压力最重要的就是实现自身经济的转型升级。在“十三五”新的历史阶段,对经济提出了新的目标,实现国内产业结构的优化升级。中国同东盟之间的经济往来日益密切,而中国对东盟的直接投资更是在2015年成为中国对外直接投资除香港以外投资量最大的经济体。因此本文就是在这样的大背景下,主要以东盟十国为研究对象,以我国经济转型发展为出发点来对东盟直接投资的产业进行选择。本文首先就中国对东盟直接投资产业选择的特点和存在的问题进行了介绍,然后就我国对东盟直接投资产业选择的环境和动因进行了分析,然后依据上述的不同的动因和相应的对外直接投资理论的指导理论性分析得出中国对东盟直接投资产业选择的初步结论,然后将中国对东盟直接投资所选择的产业数据资料进行收集整理,运用灰色关联度分析方法,将2010至2015年这6年的数据资料进行仔细地分析研究,然后通过灰色关联软件将我国对东盟直接投资产业的选择同我国产业结构转型升级进行关联性分析,最终将理论分析的结果同实证分析的结果进行综合考量,得出最有利于实现我国产业结构升级的对东盟的直接投资产业进行选择的结果。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of the global economic situation and the deepening development of economic globalization, the economic exchanges between China and other countries in the world have become closer and closer, which has made the role and status of our country in the global economy greatly changed. The world economy as a whole is in the post-economic crisis period, and the major major economies are all in a recovery period. However, the new economy has entered a period of rapid development, which has led to an increase in uncertainty in the world economic pattern, and created some challenges for the external development and cooperation of China's economy. China is facing a new stage of economic transformation and development. The demand for a new economic development situation is becoming increasingly urgent. The most important thing to resist these existing pressures is to realize the transformation and upgrading of our own economy. In the new historical stage of the 13th Five-Year Plan, we have set new goals for the economy. To realize the optimization and upgrading of domestic industrial structure. The economic exchanges between China and ASEAN are getting closer and closer. In 2015, China's direct investment in ASEAN became the largest foreign direct investment of China outside Hong Kong. This paper first introduces the characteristics and existing problems of China's choice of ASEAN direct investment industry, taking the economic transformation and development of China as the starting point to choose the industry of ASEAN direct investment. Then it analyzes the environment and motivation of China's choice of ASEAN direct investment industry. Then according to the above different motives and the corresponding theoretical analysis of FDI theory, the preliminary conclusion of China's choice of ASEAN direct investment industry is drawn. Then we collect and sort out the industrial data selected by China for direct investment in ASEAN, and use the method of grey correlation analysis to analyze and study the data from 2010 to 2015 in detail. Then the paper analyzes the relationship between China's choice of ASEAN direct investment industry and the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure by means of grey correlation software, and finally makes a comprehensive consideration of the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The results show that the direct investment industry of ASEAN is the most favorable to realize the upgrading of China's industrial structure.
