【摘要】：正我国拥有2.28万公里陆地边境线,与越南等14个国家接壤,沿边地区国土面积大,人口较少,少数民族分布集中。改革开放以来,沿边地区经济社会发展取得显著进步,人民生活水平明显提高,但受历史基础、自然条件等客观因素影响,仍然存在发展基础落后、产业支撑薄弱、人才匮乏、对外开放度低等现实问题。党的十八大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视沿边地区开发开放,先后出台了《关于加快沿边地区开发开放的若干
[Abstract]:China has a land border of 22800 km, bordering 14 countries such as Vietnam, with a large territory, a small population, and a concentrated distribution of ethnic minorities. The standard of living of the people has obviously improved, but under the influence of objective factors, such as historical basis and natural conditions, there are still realistic problems such as backward development basis, weak industrial support, lack of talents, low degree of opening to the outside world, etc. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, The State Council attaches great importance to the development and opening up of the border areas, and has successively promulgated the "several guidelines on speeding up the Development and opening up of Border areas"
