【摘要】：收入分配问题所带来的影响,小到每个公民的衣食住行,大到社会的稳定,经济的发展,国家的前程。如果收入分配差距控制在一定范围内,在一定程度上有利于经济发展,但如果收入分配差距过大,贫富差距悬殊,不仅阻碍了经济的发展,更将严重制约我国改革进一步深化,对我国各个方面的发展都会带来严重的后果,这就决定了研究收入分配差距的必要性。本文主要有五部分,第一部分对论文的选题目的意义、研究方法以及国内外研究综述进行了简单介绍。第二部分概述了新中国成立以来我国收入分配制度改革的演变轨迹,同时进行了收入分配改革的效果评价。第三部分通过介绍古典经济学派和马克思主义的收入分配理论以及现代西方收入分配理论,阐述了研究收入分配问题的理论基础以及对我国收入分配改革的启示。第四部分首先介绍了收入分配差距的评价指标,然后通过大量数据的搜集和研究从城乡间、地域间以及行业间三方面分析了我国收入分配差距的现状。接下来从自然历史因素、制度因素以及政策性因素等多方面分析了我国收入分配差距形成的原因以及影响。最后一部分根据我国现阶段的经济社会发展水平,从初次分配、再分配和第三次分配三个层次,较为详尽地提出了调节我国居民收入分配差距的财税政策和具体措施。
[Abstract]:The impact of the income distribution problem ranges from the clothing, food, housing and transportation of every citizen, to social stability, economic development, and the future of the country. If the income distribution gap is controlled within a certain range, it will be beneficial to economic development to a certain extent. However, if the income distribution gap is too large and the gap between the rich and the poor is wide, it will not only hinder the development of the economy, but will also seriously constrain the further deepening of the reform in our country, and will bring serious consequences to the development of all aspects of our country. This determines the necessity of studying the income distribution gap. There are five parts in this paper. The second part summarizes the evolution of China's income distribution system reform since the founding of New China. At the same time, it evaluates the effect of income distribution reform. The third part introduces the classical economic school and Marxist income distribution theory as well as modern western income distribution theory. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the study of income distribution and its implications for the reform of income distribution in China. The fourth part first introduces the evaluation indexes of income distribution gap, and then through the collection and study of a large amount of data from the urban and rural areas, This paper analyzes the current situation of income distribution gap in China from the three aspects of geographical and industry. Then, from the natural historical factors, the paper analyzes the current situation of income distribution gap in China. The paper analyzes the causes and effects of the income distribution gap in China from institutional factors and policy factors. Finally, according to the current level of economic and social development in China, the first distribution is carried out. At the three levels of redistribution and third distribution, this paper puts forward in detail the fiscal and taxation policies and concrete measures to adjust the gap of income distribution among the residents in China.
