【摘要】：中心城区产业结构调整在省会城市经济结构中处于至关重要的地位,对于省会城市发展起着关键作用。但是,省会城市中心城区产业结构并非固定不变,而是随着城市经济发展而相应调整,这是城市产业结构调整的普遍趋势与规律。昆明市盘龙区作为省会城市中心城区,具有明显的区位优势。随着市场经济的发展和城区布局的改变,原先的产业结构布局已经不能适应市场经济发展的客观要求。不合理的产业结构已经成为盘龙区经济发展的主要阻碍因素。目前,昆明市中心城区产业结构面临调整,而科学的产业结构调整战略对盘龙区产业结构的优化升级起着决定性作用。根据当前的“扩大内需”的国家方针政策,盘龙区需要抓住经济发展的有利时机,发挥政策支持优势与中心城区的区位优势,找出经济发展的新契机,促进盘龙区经济的可持续发展。盘龙区产业结构调整当前所面临的问题是如何利用现有的区位优势、政策优势、环境优势和资源优势,加快产业培育与优化调整,推动经济持续较快增长,走出一条符合形势与任务要求、体现差别竞争、特色发展的途径。本文以盘龙区产业结构调整为研究对象,在产业结构调整的相关文献和理论基础的详细阐述的基础上,对盘龙区产业发展与结构调整的特点进行概括总结。并通过昆明市盘龙区第一产业、第二产业、第三产业数据分析,总结盘龙区经济的整体发展情况以及盘龙区三大产业发展的成效,发现昆明市盘龙区产业发展中问题所在,指出盘龙区产业结构调整的原则和对策建议,从而促进盘龙区产业结构的合理化布局和优化升级,转变盘龙区经济发展方式,更加有效地释放产业竞争力和支撑力,促进经济社会健康持续发展。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of the industrial structure of the central urban area plays a crucial role in the economic structure of the provincial capital city, and plays a key role in the development of the provincial capital city. However, the industrial structure of the central urban area of the provincial capital city is not fixed. This is the general trend and law of the adjustment of the industrial structure of the city. Panlong District of Kunming City, as the central city of the provincial capital city, With the development of market economy and the change of urban layout, The original layout of the industrial structure can no longer meet the objective requirements of the development of the market economy. Unreasonable industrial structure has become the main hindrance factor for the economic development of Panlong District. At present, the industrial structure of the central urban area of Kunming is facing adjustment. Scientific industrial structure adjustment strategy plays a decisive role in optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of Panlong District. According to the current national policy of "expanding domestic demand", Panlong District needs to seize the favorable opportunity for economic development. Give full play to the advantages of policy support and the location of central city, find out the new opportunity of economic development, and promote the sustainable development of Panlong's economy. The problem facing the adjustment of industrial structure of Panlong is how to make use of the existing location advantage. Policy advantages, environmental advantages and resource advantages, accelerate industrial cultivation and optimization and adjustment, promote sustained and rapid economic growth, out of line with the requirements of the situation and tasks, reflect the differential competition, characteristic development. This paper takes the industrial structure adjustment of Panlong District as the research object, on the basis of the detailed elaboration of the relevant literature and theoretical basis of the industrial structure adjustment, This paper summarizes the characteristics of industrial development and structural adjustment in Panlong District, and analyzes the data of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Panlong District of Kunming. This paper summarizes the overall economic development of Panlong District and the results of the development of three major industries in Panlong District, finds out the problems in the industrial development of Panlong District of Kunming City, and points out the principles and countermeasures for the adjustment of industrial structure in Panlong District. In order to promote the rational layout and upgrading of industrial structure in Panlong District, change the mode of economic development in Panlong District, release the industrial competitiveness and support more effectively, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society.
