新型工业化促进县域经济发展的机理和实证分析

【摘要】：县域经济是国民经济的基本单元，是地方经济发展的基石和支撑。大力发展县域经济，是我国经济发展的必然选择，其发展水平和质量对整个国民经济的发展产生着重要的影响。新型工业化作为我国建设现代工业化的重要战略方向，坚持以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化，成为推进县域经济可持续发展的关键动力。因此，充分利用新型工业化促进县域经济的发展，成为当今全国县域经济工作的重中之重。本文通过国内外相关文献研究综述以及全国和各省份县域的有关数据和资料的搜集，对我国县域经济工业化的进程及存在的问题等方面进行现状分析，，并以此作为现实依据对新型工业化促进县域经济发展的机理进行探讨，通过阐述新型工业化的内涵和特征以及新型工业化促进县域经济发展的主要模式，得出新型工业化促进县域经济发展的一般路径，根据新型工业化的指标体系以及经济发展的相关影响因素对新型工业化促进县域经济发展进行指标的选取，运用stata软件对百强县中35个县市的2008-2012年的面板数据进行多元回归的建模和实证分析，从工业化进程与结构、工业化质量以及工业发展潜力和可持续发展等方面分析新型工业化相关因素对县域经济影响的存在性和影响程度，从而结合前述分析的结果对新型工业化促进县域经济发展提出优化产业结构，提升工业化水平；转变经济发展方式，推动技术进步和人力资源的开发；加速信息化的发展培育新的经济增长点；推进县域城镇化，强化城镇的集聚功能；建设生态县域，建立节约型现代工业体系等具有宏观调控性和微观操作性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:County economy is the basic unit of national economy and the cornerstone and support of local economic development. The development of county economy is the inevitable choice of economic development in China, and its development level and quality have an important impact on the development of the whole national economy. As an important strategic direction of constructing modern industrialization in our country, new industrialization has become the key driving force to promote the sustainable development of county economy. Therefore, making full use of the new industrialization to promote the development of county economy has become the most important task of the county economy. In this paper, the current situation of the industrialization of the county economy in China and the existing problems is analyzed through the review of the relevant literature at home and abroad, as well as the collection of relevant data and data from the whole country and the provinces and counties. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the mechanism of promoting the development of county economy by new-type industrialization, and expounds the connotation and characteristics of new-type industrialization, as well as the main mode of promoting the development of county economy by new-type industrialization. According to the index system of new-type industrialization and the related factors of economic development, the paper selects the index of new-type industrialization to promote the development of county economy. By using stata software, the panel data of 35 counties and cities in the hundred strong counties from 2008 to 2012 are modeled and empirically analyzed by multivariate regression, and the industrialization process and structure are analyzed. From the aspects of industrialization quality, industrial development potential and sustainable development, this paper analyzes the existence and influence degree of the factors related to the new industrialization to the county economy. Combining the results of the above analysis, the paper puts forward to optimize the industrial structure, promote the industrialization level, change the mode of economic development, and promote the technological progress and the development of human resources to promote the development of the county economy by the new industrialization and the development of the county economy. Accelerating the development of information technology and cultivating new economic growth points; promoting county urbanization, strengthening the function of urban agglomeration; building ecological county territory, building a modern economized industrial system and so on, with macro-control and micro-operational countermeasures and suggestions.
